I am grateful to Peter Smith and Dylan for booking my trip to France and help in getting our Boarding passes on- line. I wish to thank them both for excellent customer service.

Although the agent I spoke to was not able to clear up my problem on the phone, Neil (Woodcraft) was able to point me in the write direction for assistance and I hope closure.

My initial booking was with Thomas who was able to provide me various options that suited our needs. Unfortunately once I had chosen one and wanted to book it wasn't actually available. We were provided with additional alternatives managed to secure another one we are happy with. He was thorough and efficient with forwarding the package documents.

I had a query about adding luggage to our flight and got a call back from a lovely Dania. She was willing to add the luggage on my behalf but as I wanted to do it myself she clearly explained how to go about it and reassured me that she was always available if I needed any extra assistance. She was very pleasant and helpful.

I'm hoping the holiday goes just as smoothly.

I was initially told confirmation of my telephone holiday booking would happen within 24 hours, but it took a few days for the company to even acknowledge or to confirm my holiday booking, and so naturally I a bit worried.

But after having a conversation with Barry Dort (Customer Support Executive for Best Online Holidays), a few days later, I was eventually reassured that this indeed is a reputable company and that I was in safe hands. Thank you Barry.

I made a booking they were very accommodating and even sent reminders to pay as I had alittle outstanding and sent another reminder for me to send the api in. Found them to be very efficient and did a good job. Sent all the documents needed.
I had Eva and she was pretty good at taking all my info and putting it onto my booking. Would defo use this company again.

I booked for the first time, and I was very surprised that everything was very quick, friendly, without any problems. I would strongly recommend it to everyone.
maybe for spring I will use them again.

wanted to book a travelzoo short break through BOH but they booked wrong hotel which we had to pay extra for to get what we wanted.
Wanted a return hold baggage booked but they only booked one way.
Over 25 emails sent/received regarding this booking!!!
They want to provide boarding passes which was very stressful but had to collect at airport.
Didnot find the staff friendly and many problems with understanding on the phone.
I would advise not to use this company.
