Going through the claim process has been awful with very little help or guidance from my insurance company. However Bike Assist Legal (Dylan), had my corner and worked hard to get a resolution to my claim to recover my damaged riding equipment and other uninsured losses. It has taken over a year but I am happy its now behind me.

Bike Assist helped me following a motorcycle accident at the end of August 2024. I have to say I was a little nervous initially due to the lamentably slow response from the third parties insurer, but need not have been. Preet Dhillon dealt with the case and was fantastic.
