I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service provided by this firm. For a long time, I believed that my case was being reviewed and handled, which is why I did not seek help from another solicitor. Only after many months did I receive information that the firm would not be
representing me.
I believe this decision should have been communicated much earlier. Because of
this, I have lost valuable time, and I am still dealing with the consequences of my accident.
My experience with this firm has been
very negative, and I cannot recommend their services.

I have now instructed a new solicitor. After reviewing my case, they advised me that my claim should never have been abandoned. I am satisfied that they have agreed to take on my case, and I will now wait to see how the matter progresses.

Wypisujecie treści niezdrożne ze stanem faktycznym jaki był . Państwa pracownik próbował zwalić na mnie swoją pracę która należała do niego i mam na to potwierdzenia pisemne . Państwa pracownik dopuścił się kłamstwa twierdząc że raport o moich szkodach został wysłany do pozwanych a okazało się że pozwani nie dostali takiego raportu . Proszę nie kłamać dalej żeby wybronić się z tej sytuacji .

My experience with Optimal Solicitors…
My experience with Optimal Solicitors has been the worst I have ever had with a law firm.
Communication was virtually non existent. Emails went unanswered, voicemails were ignored and I was repeatedly left without any meaningful updates about my case. I spent more time chasing my own solicitors than receiving any support from them.
I also lost confidence in the way my case was handled after discovering serious issues with the medical report. Instead of feeling that my interests were being protected, I felt I constantly had to check their work myself.
The situation has become even more frustrating since my case was transferred to another law firm. My new solicitors have repeatedly tried to obtain my case file, yet Optimal Solicitors have failed to respond to their requests, emails and voicemails, causing further unnecessary delays.
A solicitor’s job is to communicate, act professionally and move a client’s case forward. In my experience, Optimal Solicitors failed on all three counts. I would not trust this firm with another claim and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to think very carefully before doing so.

Claim Narrowed and Withdrawn Days Before Final Hearing
I instructed Optimal Solicitors in relation to Employment Tribunal proceedings and remain deeply dissatisfied with the service I received.
On 22 November 2019, Matthew Moss sent a letter on my behalf identifying claims including both race discrimination and sexual misconduct. However, despite this initial position, I was later repeatedly advised to proceed on a much narrower basis and to pursue only the sexual misconduct aspect of the case.
I remain concerned that I was not provided with a clear explanation of the consequences of narrowing the claim, nor of the impact that this could have on the overall case.
I was also concerned that an individual respondent was not pursued despite an ACAS Early Conciliation Certificate having been obtained, and that I was not provided with complete transparency regarding pleadings and documents filed in my name.
Most significantly, only days before the final Employment Tribunal hearing, I received an email stating that withdrawal of my claim had already been agreed with the respondent’s representatives. I remain concerned that I was not provided with sufficient information to make fully informed decisions regarding key strategic decisions affecting my case.
I have since submitted a formal complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and previously raised concerns with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. I have also prepared a detailed chronology and supporting documentary evidence.
In addition to my concerns regarding the conduct of the Employment Tribunal proceedings, I also experienced difficulties obtaining access to my file after the case concluded.
Following Subject Access Requests and requests for file disclosure, I encountered issues concerning incomplete file transparency and correspondence referring to the matter as a "dead file". I remain concerned that I was not provided with a complete understanding of the documents held, the pleadings filed in my name, and the records relating to key strategic decisions.
These issues form part of the concerns that I have raised through formal complaint procedures.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a former client.

Overcharging and hidden fees
They do everything, mortgages, disputes and etc and dont specialise in some specific laws and we got result of it. Plenty of 1 star reviews mainly about overcharging or adding fees before completions.
My situation are different is about commercial landlord disrepairs case. I paid £500 deposit instructed what to do, Sana decided to do what she thinks is best and without my consent done whatever she want and then add extra balance on top of it.
They treating customers like they are silly and got absolute no knowledge about any laws and they are the ones who knows everything. Pathetic. Once this small claims court is done without them (even they ripped of £900 and done absolutely nothing) I will escalate this matter into Legal Ombudsman to look into case independantly.
