Bikesonline had the best price for the helmet I wanted and got it to me before my park day!

I ordered a Polygon Siskiu T7, and it arrived pretty fast! Got to try it after a few days and it definitely lived up to what they advertised. And the fact that their website loaded pretty quickly on my horrible internet made it even better AND it got delivered to me pretty fast as well. Would recommend

I purchased a Superior XF 979 TR from BikesOnline, and on my very first ride I noticed the bike was rattling heavily on the trails. The rear suspension was creaking (which I managed to fix temporarily by applying fresh grease), but the fork still makes loud noises and clearly has issues.

Later, I found out that the derailleur hanger doesn’t screw into the frame properly — the hole in the frame is too wide in diameter. That’s a serious manufacturing defect.

I contacted BikesOnline support, but the agent didn’t help at all. They said they’re “waiting for a response from the manufacturer” — it’s been over two weeks, and nothing. No real update, no solution — just stalling.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the support. This was my first and definitely last bike purchase from BikesOnline.

Excellent quality bike! They delivered in perfect timing...the eve of my wife's birthday. Such a classic vintage bike that the she barely gets to ride it, the kids love it so much!

I purchased two bikes from a company called Bikes Online, spending a total of $3,200. I was supposed to receive the bikes within a week, but the delivery of the second bike was delayed by over a month. When the bikes finally arrived, I discovered that the rear shock on one of them was defective. I contacted their warranty department, but they have repeatedly sent me the wrong part, despite my providing multiple pictures and a video explaining the issue. They have sent me the incorrect part twice, and I have been unable to ride the bike for over two months.

Frustrated with the situation, I decided to return the bikes. It has now been over three weeks since I initiated the return, and I am following up via email regarding my refund. Finally, I received a refund, but it was $352.19 less than expected. Additionally, they informed me that I am responsible for shipping charges, even for the damaged goods they sent.

Found an issue with my e-bike from day1 that I can prove was always an issue (i have a photo on first ride with missing part) and they seem unwilling to do anything to resolve it.

I placed an order for a GT Grade Sport (Size S) on April 17, paid nearly $700, and as of April 24, it still hasn’t shipped. The status remains “Preparing for Shipment” with no updates.

I reached out to support and got a generic response from a bot saying someone would follow up. No one ever did.

This is not the level of service I expected. BikesOnline advertises fast fulfillment, but the reality is a frustrating lack of communication and transparency. Buyers, be cautious.

I ordered a shoes 4 days ago and they haven't shipped yet. I tried to contact customer support via multiple Chat & call, but never contacted anyone or no one called me back. And their live chat service don't even let me complete the request.

This website is a scam. I ordered 2 helmets and they only shipped me one helmet. Even the FedEx invoice shows that 1 box was shipped and it had the dimensions to fit one helmet. I tried calling but they do not answer the phone...you can only leave a message and they didn't call me back after I left a message. I filed a ticket using their online system...but still no response. I was charged almost $100 per helmet so they still owe me $100 for the helmet I did not receive. I filed a claim with my credit card company. I will never order from them again. Maybe this review will get their attention and they will finally call me to correct the order.

Customer service just does not exist. Be prepaired if you have any issues with your package you spend days not to resolve the issue but just to hear 1 response from someone with some general info... terrible experience. Very surprised they are still in business, will never ever order something from their store

Products are decent. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen from a company! I ordered a bike rack and realized the hitch size was wrong. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped so that I would not lose out on the shipping cost after I returned it. I spent 5 days trying to reach a human and would only get bots. I emailed, called, live chat, and even took an "appointment to have a bike expert call me." Not a single human got in touch with me once! Finally, some guy named Kenneth told me, via email, that my order was canceled and I would see a refund. 24 hours later, I got an auto generated email saying that my order has shipped. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. Personally, I will never buy a product from this company again because the customer service has been so poor and unprofessional.

Good bike, terrible customer service.

I ordered and paid for the bike, the card was charged immediately, but no information on ship date, tracking number or any reference in my ORDERS page on the website…there’s still NO history so, it’s like I’ve never ordered anything that cost over $3K.

On the 10th business day I started calling the customer service line, using the automated text and conversation tool…ALL BOTS. Two days of promised callbacks — nothing.

At this point I figured I was SCAMMED. I disputed the charge with my bank, the next day I get an email saying the bike will arrive today — and it did.

My son really likes the bike, I worry if I ever have to use the 5 year warranty, cause I couldn’t get a person to replied or call me back — just BOTS.

I’m shopping for a bike for me, I’m undecided whether to give BikesOnline another change…I like the product, the service is an emotional rollercoaster.

I had a great experience. I bought my kids their first mountain bikes and we are very happy with the quality and shopping experience. It arrived on time, just before Christmas. One of the boxes had a big dent on it, but it was packaged well inside so there were no issues. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

I have bought two bikes from bikes on line. I have had good luck with the bikes but the service is terrible any more. I am trying to get parts to repair my Sisku T8
I have contacted them 5 times now with no response.

They have a chat bot that answers the phone and answers the emails.
Not sure what happened they use to be a good company to deal with.

The price was great, the ordering process easy, shipping was fast with automatic updates, and the bike was boxed up very well. Gears and brakes were adjusted perfectly, assembling easy (good instructions were provided as well) and the Polygon D7 has been a blast to ride; it has a no-nonsense, simple and unpretentious feel which is all I’m looking for in a bike. Great value for the price. I would buy from Polygon again.

The bike I ordered arrived with a flat tire that would not hole air. It took almost a month for the replacement inner tube to arrive, and I really did not enjoy the hassle of waiting so long and having to replace the inner tube before the bike could be ridden. This also took us beyond the 30 day return window, so if other problems arose once we could try the bike out I don’t know how it would have been addressed.
