Opening the case and dealing with the Bikmo team was very easy. They were very responsive and gave me advise at all times.

I got some accidental but expensive damage on my mountain bike. The whole process for going through my claim to my settlement was professional , friendly and stress free. Glad I had the insurance. I’m back on a repaired bike and riding again.

I claimed for accidental damage caused by a carbon frame failure/off road low speed crash. The frame was replaced under the guarantee but there where labour charges and other parts needed replacing. Bikmo dealt with the claim efficiently and I have no complaints.

They do not pay out on the theft of a bicycle. They lead you to believe that you are covered, take your money, however when something happens they refuse to pay out even when the conditions of the policy are met. BE VERY CAREFUL, Don’t waste your money.

I had the battery stolen off my electric bike and, after reporting it to Bikmo, I've been incredibly impressed with their fast response. Communication was great throughout, and it really felt like their customer service advisors were doing all they could to speed up the process - special mention to Tom Johnson for all his help and friendly chat. Have already recommended Bikmo to friends with bikes and will continue to do so.

I had a bike stolen from within my property - my mountain bike that I'd only had a few months after finally replacing my last mountain bike that was also stolen a year prior and unfortunately the circumstances were not covered under my insurance policy.
So you can imagine my horror when I discovered my second mountain bike had been stolen. This time however I was properly covered and Bikmo were incredibly fast to process my claim and approve it. I think it can't have taken more than 3 days in total and communication was great throughout. The agents involved were professional and polite, both in email comms and over the phone.

For as little, as 11 euros. I've got a policy for a 1500 eur bike, inc. accetories. In 7 days I had an appolgy in email for the "festive season" and bank holidays, I have got the full compesation - 10% excess. Brilliant. I wished never will have to make a claim, but I had to. I had my bike stolen a few weeks ago and I contacted Bikmo. I was sceptical about it, but after in sent my explanation and we kept exchanging emails with different details (bike type, way of locking it, etc, etc...) I got my refund. Well done. I'll stick with them.
p.s. It's not a fake review I just couldn't skip it, because of their attitude towards me.
In my case it worked. I can only say good things. Once again - thank you.

I have had my bike insurance with Bikmo for the last three and a half years now, and so far made two claims.
The first bike I had insured with Bikmo, unfortunately, got stolen. The representative from Bikmo was very thorough and attentive through the whole claim process, which took just under a month.
More recently, I had to make a claim for damages to my new road bike, after a traffic incident. The entire team was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the claiming process. The process went very smoothly - thank you Tom (Johnson) and the team for your passion and support in resolving and making this rather unpleasant situation so effortless!
My bike had to be shipped to a repair shop for ultra sounding to assess potential structural damage to the carbon frame. The integrity of other crucial parts (shifters, cables, axle bolt, seat post) also had to be tested, and were all replaced with brand new parts. Tom took care of all the logistics and frequently kept me in the look with progress updates.
An all-rounded professional service by passionate fellow cyclists, who are always available to help. I would definitely recommend using Bikmo!

My wife recently had a nasty accident on her bike but Ben and his team at Bikmo were fantastic. They got the claim process started right away when lodged and provided guidance in relation to crash replacements and documentation requirements.

Excellent and quick service from Bikmo.
My bike was parked at my regular tube station the other day while I attended a class and when I came back, I realised it had been damaged and couldn't take it home (had to leave it until the next day when my partner and I went back and carried it home together).
I reported this and made the claim on Saturday afternoon with pictures and got asked for follow-up information yesterday (Monday).
It's now Tuesday and my claim has been processed, approved and payment is being processed as we speak.
Absolutely delighted with the service and so glad I opted for it when I first bought the bike back in early 2020.

Had a bike stolen from a bike store. Pretty quick response, didn't drag it out. There was a small issue that the bike at the time was on a black Friday deal, so I'd only be compensated for that price. But at the end of the day they do only have a responsibility to replace the bike. Fortunately it went off the deal quickly and I got the full value. Which was lucky cause I can no longer trust the bike store we have. Was concerned when making the claim you hear about companies getting outtechnicalities but they did me well. Can't complain
