The Service Rep. was helpful and very detailed in what can be done. He patiently answered my questions and gave me time to look it over and make a decision.

The Bill shark agent called to congratulate himself on getting a somewhat better rate but had to be coerced to provide what the fee was. I might not even keep that carrier. They said that I could have customer service contact me about this loan shark level rate, but no one contacted me. Please understand Bill Shark agents, at their own admission, can't do any better than you can on the billing --they just keep on monitoring the service providers until they find a special etc. It is hardly worth the rate they are charging. I am disputing the charge.
