Gentle and good for sensitive skin
Good sales on favorite products. The products are gentle and great for sensitive skin. I've been using this brand for years and I get compliments on my skin frequently which at 63 is quite nice.

Love the products so much but ordering is a nightmare
Love the products so much, but kept saying it ‘didn’t recognize’ my credit card (the one I use every day). Tried to get help in the chat and it kept saying it didn’t understand. Would’ve loved help from a human. Finally ordered with a different card but it took all morning and was super frustrating.

I stopped my regular Botox appointment because of their copper peptide blue serum! It works so well it is quite literally my Botox in a bottle. I always have some on hand and even my partner to start using it. This stuff will keep you tight and toned and plumped in the most natural way. I love this brand!

I’ve been using the squalene gentle…
I’ve been using the squalene gentle cleanser for 2+years now and I’ll never change! It’s my absolute favorite to make sure all my pores are cleansed of make up and dirt! I’ve also used the deep rescue moisturizer which is amazing for dull flaky skin in the winter! I will be trying the firming line next, and I have high hopes!

There is not a good reason that you…
There is not a good reason that you can’t help a client out when the client couldn’t figure out how to use their points and get a credit on their purchase. I texted right away the next morning after placing a large order last night. I have had many companies cheerfully do so. Also, I haven’t dealt with a company that has no opportunity to actually speak with a human on the phone. These are two negatives about your company. I will look for a different company for my skin care products because of your response to my request.

Forgot to apply discount to my order
I'm frustrated with the discount and reward systems as I forgot to apply the code for the 20% discount that I could have applied to my order. I immediately contacted customer service about the oversight and they claim that they are unable to apply the discount to my order.
