I have loved your products - but the prices are killing my wallet
I have loved your products - esp for my changing, aging skin.
But the price points are really getting a bit out of control
I used to pay high 40s for the vitamin C - rose oil and now it’s nearly doubled to 70
I may have to find alternative products
with another brand
But I’d rather not …. Any chance you’ll make some changes to keep the affordability issue in balance?

I tried purchasing products earlier this year. I tried to use my points and they disappeared. I tried to contact customer service and was unsuccessful. This frustration is part of the reason I haven't purchased anything for several months. When I've looked again, it turns out they later "expired". I definitely would have used them if they were easy to find.
