Upon learning of Mrs. Seventko’s concerns, we promptly reviewed her account and contacted her directly. During our conversations, we flagged behaviors consistent with other individuals that have been coached by competing precious metals retailer presenting misleading information and falsely misrepresenting themselves. Just like the rest of the individuals being guided, she has been instructed to submit complaints, publish negative reviews, and issue threats in exchange for financial incentive. Despite this, we completed a comprehensive review of her account, which confirmed that the allegations she raised are unfounded and inaccurate.

Birch Gold Group operates under a strict code of conduct designed to prevent unethical practices. Our compliance standards, business model, and transaction documentation processes are structured specifically to prevent the circumstances alleged by Mrs. Seventko from occurring. After completing a detailed review of her account, we confirmed that she has not experienced a loss and has, in fact, realized gains on her investment. Additionally, Mrs. Seventko was not charged the 73.80% or 81.73% premiums she claims; the actual premiums were substantially lower and fully consistent with our company policies and contractual agreements. To ensure customers have clear understanding of the pricing, it is communicated through at least two independent methods prior to purchase, including written documentation and verbal confirmation. The pricing that she agreed to in writing on March 23, 2022, was price that she was charged on her purchase and confirmed on a recorded line on March 23, 2022.

Birch Gold Group operates under strict compliance standards designed to ensure competitive pricing, disclosure, and customer authorization prior to every transaction. Unfortunately, there are individuals within the industry who engage in unethical practices by targeting people and providing inaccurate information for their own financial benefit. We encourage customers to carefully evaluate information from all sources and remain cautious of individuals who may misrepresent pricing or industry practices.

Response #1 to the review left on 1/21/26:Ms. West’s conduct is consistent with others who are being provided untrue information from a start-up competing gold company. In a conversation with Ms. West, she explained that she was encouraged to file complaints, post negative reviews, and make threats in exchange for financial gain. Our thorough review of her account has found that the allegations raised are unsupported and inaccurate.

Birch Gold Group operates under established ethical standards designed to ensure responsible business practices. Our compliance framework, operational structure, and transaction documentation requirements are specifically designed to prevent the type of circumstances alleged by Ms. West. To promote transparency and understanding, pricing is disclosed through multiple independent methods prior to finalizing any purchase, including written documentation and recorded verbal confirmation. The pricing Ms. West approved in writing on September 23, 2024, matches the pricing applied to her transaction and was also acknowledged by her on a recorded line that same day.

If Ms. West’s concerns relate to the values reported by his IRA custodian, we are happy to re-educate her. IRA custodians report precious metals at spot price; however, physical precious metals carry value above spot/melt price. Individuals presenting themselves as precious metals experts, like the representative that Ms. West is speaking to, should understand how custodians report values and they have a responsibility to accurately educate investors on this distinction.

Birch Gold Group operates under rigorous compliance standards designed to ensure fair pricing, clear disclosure, and documented customer authorization prior to every transaction. Regrettably, there are individuals from all industries who seek to slander private companies in seek of personal financial gain. While we remain committed to assisting Ms. West, and all our customers, we cannot continue to engage with or respond to statements that mischaracterize our organization and our business practices.


Response #2 to the review left on 3/2/26: It appears that Ms. West’s primary concern centers around the valuation shown in her IRA account statements. The values reflected in her account statements are determined by her IRA custodian and may differ from the retail value of the metals in the account.

While this has been explained previously, Birch Gold Group prioritizes education, and we are prepared to further clarify how precious metals are valued and reported. As explained in the video, custodians typically use spot value as a reporting method, rather than the actual market value of the metals. It is our hope that with this information, including those given to her in the past, Ms. West can form a more accurate understanding.
