Bird Travel Reviews

Ive been using Jay (Bird Travel) for many years he is an experienced agent and goes that extra mile to find a holiday suited to your needs, He also calls you back when promised, which is great as you dont have to wait around. I recommend you ask for Jay when booking a holiday which will take the stress off your hands and you can rest assured you will be looked after.

Joy was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in all aspects. From my initial enquiry through to the actual booking and after care. Will be most definitely be booking again in the future.

Received my TKTS today .
Really appreciated the extra mile that ron went to after airline rescheduled my flight ,and his patience throughout the process gave me confidence in there ability.

Flight tickets booked through Rav. He was very flexible, professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he handled all our queries promptly. Thank You for the top quality service.

Good company, helped us book a good holiday.

Mr. JOY was a pleasure dealing with. Offered several options at a great price with a high end airline. Many thanks! Look forward to planning my next trip this summer. Highly recommended.

Plane Tickets

I recently contacted Trail Finders with regard to organising airline tickets from the UK to Perth, Australia in July. I had left organising this very late but was helped by Sam from your organisation who went through all the options and prices with me until we found 3 perfect tickets with Singapore Airlines. Sam was both very knowledgeable and helpful and made a potentially stressful job very simple for us. Sam will hopefully be helping us organise hotels shortly for our stay in Perth. Highly recommended service

14 of Feb I phoune up the person who speak to me hos name was joy vary helpful I got me a ticket help me all the way vary friendly thank you

My experience was very good, sam was very patient and my sure that I was happy with all desions that was made.

Spoke to Victor B to try to arrange a trip to Antalya. He seemed to know his job but was reluctant when I asked for email confirmation . When eventually he did the email was from a personal email not an email specific to the company and when I questioned this he started to mumble . What made me more suspicious is when he kept pushing me to make a payment for a deposit of £1200. Thankfully I realised in time that this was a scam and didn’t lose out on any money . AVOID THIS scam of a company

Sam has been very friendly ,efficient and helpful throughout my booking. Hope to get their service in future flights as well. Thanks.

I dealt with Rav and he was very helpful, efficient and professional. Good service.

Recommended to all, if you r going away & finding affordable tickets. Joey helped me to find very cheap & good deal which was very affordable. He was so patience & took enough time to search the ticket & send me all the details on my email. Very happy customer 😀
