The item arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. The only down side is that the packaging is not as luxury as their description claimed, but there is nothing wrong with it and it is functional.
Overall a good product, easy to order, good delivery, and an excellent price.

Placed an order and received confirmation by email - all good. Then heard nothing for over a week and no parcel arrived, I had to phone them and chase up the order. They did immediately dispatch after I phoned but the lady I spoke to wasn't apologetic and I got the impression that if I hadn't phoned I still wouldn't have my purchase.

I emailed black and Blum in regards to replacement spoon for my thermo pot. The response I got was personable helpful and quick. As a direct result of that email I ordered more than I had originally intended. Every product I received is high-quality and beautiful and functional. I also love the lunch recipe book. It's a great touch and so thoughtful. If I'm looking for anything online I checked Black and Blum first. Best online shopping experience ever!

Would love to review the product but the request to review has arrived a week ago and the ordered goods have still not arrived. Have waited nearly two weeks. Please connect your delivery operation side to the "get a review" side of the organisation. Not happy.

Items arrived promptly and all perfect

The candle holders I bought were good value for money. Delivery was early but they kept me apprised of the progress and allocated a time. All in all I would certainly use them again. I hope they keep up this standard of service.

I love the large carafe....I was looking for a water filter system using a glass jug/bottle. Stylish and practical. Perfect.
Sadly the same can't be said for the water bottle. It is my error that I thought this too was a glass bottle, which it is not, plus the lid is hard for me to put the retaining clip over ( I have rheumatoid arthritis) But i will persevere!

DPD say they have tried twice but we have been in all day on both days. Also they say that a card was put through the door it wasn't. And now they want me to collect it.

Good web site and ordering procedure, efficient service. Very pleased with the products: "Eau Good" and filters.

Although love the design of my drinks bottle and large glass bottle my charcoal came broken, Black + Blum did not want to replace it as they said it would work the same even if in bits! However they did replace it as they had already recieved the item and informed me this would not be replaced in future in a very rude message. The products are not cheap and I feel tiny bits of charcoal floating in the water could be drunk ! Has made me think twice about buying from them in the future!

I bought the Lunch Pot duo and just had to return to Black + Blum to buy a new lid, as the other lid broke after a year of owning. This was a little disappointing, as I've had containers from Poundland which have lasted longer and are significantly cheaper.
The pot itself is still good, a little stained from red curry paste but not too bad. It doesn't leak, which is a good thing!

Excellent service perhaps a trifle slow...
