Holly was incredibly supportive of me, the buyer, when I was looking for my next home. I felt as though she genuinely cared about me, not just about selling a house, but about finding the right fit.

Ruby - Sales Progression Agent - made the whole process feel bearable, despite it being ludicrously stressful in all kinds of unnecessary ways, just because we live in England.

I was so grateful that she was always at the end of the phone and quick to leap into action whenever something needed negotiating, sorting out or answering.

Boardwalk kept us fully informed of progress at all stages of the sale of our flat, not least the period between receiving the offer and exchange of contracts - very reassuring to have Ruby and the sales team update us on progress with the buyer and solicitors enquiries. Rhia pushed through the sale and once an offer was accepted Laura provided a daily portal to ongoing and emerging issues as well as a helping hand through the most difficult areas which took several months. We sold our Brislington property with exchange earlier this month using Boardwalk as our EA.

Mike and Laura in particular have been fantastic during our interactions. Both have been very professional to deal with and attentive. They were always on the end of a quick email or WhatsApp message (the use of WhatsApp really helped keep things moving and our buyers up to date).

The photos arranged by Boardwalk of our property were also stunning and we were very happy with the listing and the advice around how best to proceed throughout the transaction. Overall the pricing they offered was also competitive which we were surprised at given how 5* we have found the service to be (it felt much more like a bespoke EA team than one that manages 100s/1000s of properties in the area which is a testament to how much effort they put into our case.

Having sold a house through them, I would 100% do so again and would happily recommend Boardwalk to family and friends looking to buy or sell in the region.
