From the start, Boardwalk were fully involved and invested in getting the best outcome for the sale of our house. Cameron helped us achieve a price that exceeded our expectations and moved quickly to get the sale agreed.

Once under offer, Ruby looked after us and was absolutely brilliant. She was patient, efficient, and incredibly on it, doing a lot of chasing on our behalf.

Our sale had its tricky moments (entirely outside of Boardwalk’s control), but Ruby remained a constant throughout. Even on the days I wasn’t feeling particularly optimistic, she kept us going with her responsiveness and genuine support - I’m very grateful for everything she did!

I would definitely recommend Boardwalk to anyone looking to sell their property.

As a first time buyer I couldn’t recommend Boardwalk enough. The entire process was smooth and clear. Our sales progressor was Ruby and she was great at chasing things up and staying on it with communication.

Thank you to Chris P, Nick, Ruby, Cameron & Co at Boardwalk for supporting us during what turned out to be a very long, long process of selling our flat and buying our house. There were lots of ups and downs due to our buyers pulling out (twice!), and Chris particuarly was great at sorting things, chasing info when needed, and ultimately guiding us through an incredibly stressful time. They all put in a lot of time and effort into a move that was trickier than most, and still endeavoured to keep us updated so we knew what was what. A big thank you guys 😊

For the most part our experience of Boardwalk was incredibly positive. Our estate agent Ester was 5 stars and genuinely was the best we've ever worked with after spending a prolonged period of buying and selling properties over the past few years with several estate agents from various companies. Ester's communication is above and beyond and I genuinely doubt you'll find a better estate agent. From her alone the premium you pay for Boardwalk is worth it.

The reason however I am giving Boardwalk 4 stars is due to the sales progression side of the business. The communication was not up to the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Slow and at times unattentive comms with moments where you had to chase to get a response. Their online portal Property File is ok however our sales progressor either would update the sales progression steps late after they had happened or nor at all for both myself and our buyer. My property has sold and the sale completed and however on their portal it is still showing as the contract having not been signed yet.

It's a confusing and destabilising time selling a property especially if you're unsure at what stage of the process you're at. Having the ability to see step by step where you and your buyer are in the process is in theory extremely useful however if, like in our case, it isn't used and that attention to detail just isn't there then what is the point of having it? If anything it adds to the anxiety of feeling in limbo which you naturally feel when selling/purchasing. So on this side of things the comms needs to be upped, which from reading other reviews, seems to be a common theme. It is a shame as this let down the otherwise flawless start of our Boardwalk experience that we had with Ester.

In short great selling, weaker sales progression customer journey.

Boardwalk were really on top of everything throughout the sales process! It was nice to have someone dedicated to helping push through the sale to completion. The team were all friendly and professional.

Rhia and Ruby were Just awesome. End to end, great quality, service, speedy, friendly, efficient, kind, patient yet pushy in a good way. Just what you’d want in a real estate agent!

The company and especially Ruby Pomphrey, were very helpful in helping me through the process as a first time buyer including helping me chase up the transaction when it was stalling, the initial estate agent was very helpful and put me at ease during my viewing and the follow on support was again very helpful and patient

Josh did a great job of setting up viewings and getting offers in after the first weekend and Claudia did a brilliant job of keeping communication going between all the parties in the chain and their solicitors. It made the whole process stress free!

Perfect experience selling my property with Boardwalk. Beautiful photos and a straightforward process throughout. It's been great dealing with Ruby and Rhia who have both been excellent communicators and always very engaged.

We did extensive research before choosing an estate agent to sell our property in central Bristol, and it absolutely paid off. Boardwalk consistently came highly recommended across forums like Reddit and other online reviews, and now we understand why. We were supported by an excellent sales agent (thank you, Mike), who provided clear, honest guidance on market conditions and helped us secure a buyer within around six weeks. Chris was outstanding in managing the sales progression, especially at key pressure points and when dealing with last-minute complications from the other side. When my brother sadly passed, I was tasked with selling his home. I was emotionally very attached to this property, as it was previously my parents home and the home that my brother and me grew up in. I needed someone who would be sympathetic to my feelings. The very first time I came into contact with Boardwalk Property Co, I spoke to Elisa and I immediately new that she was exactly the right person for me to work with. She instantly put my mind at rest and walked me through the process. She was very enthusiastic about the house, but I never felt pressurised. She worked extremely hard get the maximum number of viewings. She also called me regularly and kept me up to date with progress. The house is now under offer and will hopefully complete in a few weeks time. I couldn't have wished for a better agent and I am very glad that I chose Boardwalk. The reason I chose Boardwalk as the agent to sell with, was the connection I built with Cameron at our initial meeting. Cameron took the time to really get to know me and my experience living at the property and I was left feeling as though the same value and attention would be shared with all potential buyers, making it more personal and less transactional.
