I have a few Maileg items and they have always been lovely. This arrived dented, scratched, chipped and dirty. I was shocked. I am guessing it came from the factory that way, but I honestly don’t know.

Very inflexible with their return policy, especially considering the holidays and with Covid. My Black Friday purchase for Christmas was ineligible for return by The time the holiday occurred, and zero understanding in being quarantined at the same time. I won’t be buying from them again.

La calidad de su producto era bastante buena y cómoda para el bebé. A mi sobrina le encantó su regalo. Los recomiendo encarecidamente. Estaba buscando algo para poner en la media de mi hija que falleció este año. Ella es una hermana mayor y es el ángel de la guarda de su hermana menor y esto fue simplemente perfecto. ¡No podría amarlo más! Gran calidad y será jugado por la hermana pequeña en los próximos años.

Don't understand what happened to two orders of dolls. One was a gift and email said it was delivered but it was on a Sunday and I never heard from the recipient. Today I did receive info that the gift was actually received. However, for myself I ordered a different doll and email said it was delivered but it hadn't. Then the next day the clothing the doll was to be wearing arrived, but still no doll. Which makes me scared maybe the gift I sent to my friend arrived naked with no clothing. I expected both dolls to arrive with the clothing shown on your website. Tried to call but found you would not be there until 1/8/22 . So where is MY doll and was it supposed to come with clothing or what?

Purchased what I thought was a baby girl Maileg mouse with a bouncer for $20 (full price). The picture had both and it was double the price compared to just the bouncer on the Maileg website. Received only the bouncer in the mail. Reached out via their customer service email and was met with instant attitude. To quote “The bouncer was styled in an image to show what mouse can fit it but the description clearly stated it was for bouncer only and gave the size details. This was final sale for Black Friday promotion.” It was not a Black Friday promotion for one. And secondly I was only asking to return, no problem. So I responded the picture was misleading and the price was different than the manufacturers website. I was met with more attitude in this response “we sell these all the time. Never had this issue and it’s priced exactly the same as other retailers since the brand regulated the retail price. Sorry for confusion but it’s clearly as described in the item details. It would never come with a mouse as none of their house access products do. You can go ahead and process a return online under help and info if you’d like to return it.” Happy they were able to accommodate a normal return, eye roll, but not without putting down the customer first. To be fair, I am new to the Maileg world and was asking for a simple return. Poor poor customer service. Keep my money but man you will no longer have my business just based on those responses. I hope you choose a different retailer - good luck.

We got the doll quickly and it’s beautiful. I’m so glad you’re carrying well made toys. We try to buy sustainably made toys made in the US/Canada or Europe whenever we can!

Edit: Thank you so much for following up and thoughtfully handling the situation, a far cry from my experience with another agent.

For some context, I did opt out because I felt the way that the insurance was automatically opted-into felt predatory. I admit that the coincidence of opting out AND that package never arriving did feel a bit like karmic justice.

The package was simply a gift for my fiancée who had always wanted these specific baskets and now that we finally have a home of our own it finally felt like a symbol of settling down (which made is particularly saddening when it never arrived).

Fedex is currently following up with the Police and hopefully will be able to locate it in the end. Thanks again for your help.

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences. I attempted to process a return and this retailer denied it at every angle stating it is excluded on the product page. It is in fact not stated on the product page and other exclusions are listed. Customer Service redirected me to a different page and pointed to buried fine print. Very conflicting information. I let them know I will be disputing with my bank and Customer Service rep said they would file any chargeback with collections and negatively impact my credit score. Unreasonable, unfair, and vindictive. Find another retailer for all of your items and avoid this headache.

I was searching for something to put in my daughter that passed away’s stocking this year. She is a big sister and is her younger sister’s guardian angel and this was just perfect. Couldn’t love it more! Great quality and will be played with by little sister for years to come.
