I am so beyond impressed with my experience! Everything shipped exceptionally fast and arrived safely - the email updates I would receive with tracking information, shipping progress, and arrival confirmation blew me away! I never had to guess where my kids’ Christmas gifts were at in transit or if they would be here on time.

I received a packaged blouse with a small spot from the manufacturer (not Bohemian Mama) & BM’s team got back to me right away when I emailed them about the spot. The team also got right on helping me get a replacement blouse and kept me in the loop along the way. Kind support staff and very understanding. Wonderful first experience with them.

Defect on Minikane doll’s face. 2 dark spots.
The timeliness of the package was great.
However the doll we received has 2 dark spots on its face. Looks like a factory defect. I wasn’t too happy about this because we paid quite a bit for the doll for my daughters 2nd Birthday. Rating would have been significantly higher had the defects not been on the dolls face.
