Customer service is not good at all.

I am a first time customer and placed an order during the Labor Day sale which they claimed was after a certain time frame. They would not honor it, and then mailed the items anyways and refused to send me a return label so I could return them.

I had been eye-ing so many things on Bohemian Mama for months. I finally placed a large order and it came so fast and everything was just beautiful. I look forward to buying more from this site in the future.

My first time shopping at Bohemian Mama and definitely the last. I had my eye on the Rattan Onion Basket Duo which are two (one small, one large) rounded baskets to hang on the wall or a hook and store your onions. I had to wait a long time because when I first saw them online, they were sold out. When they came back in stock I purchased 2 sets and waited. Once they arrived I carefully opened the box and gently pulled one out which is when I immediately noticed: these baskets are very delicate and fragile. The loop to hang the basket was barely hanging on by a thread. I thought maybe it was just the one, so I carefully removed all 4 of them. Every single one was woven the same. I could barely handle it without damaging them. I tried to hang it on the hook and so much pressure was put on the loop it was clear they wouldn't last.. and I hadn't even put any onions in it yet. No way these hold heavy onions. Maybe for 5 minutes while they took the photo, but not long term. Very disappointed. When I tried returning them I had to wait 3 days just for them to respond and then I was told they were going to charge me for return shipping because they didn't consider these "damaged". I guess if you sell something that isn't functional it's not "damaged" just how they sell them. Terrible products.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever worked with. They will take your money and embezzle you out of any more if you try to return and do credit.

Like everyone else says here, you can find the same items elsewhere for the same, if not more affordable, prices.
