Inaccurately portrayed on website, archaic return policy during COVID
Items do not look like they did on the website. The dress is so thin you can see through it completely and the top is much more dull while the image online is bright.
I did not expect return window to start before you have even received the items. Reached out for support within 30 days of receipt and explained I’d broken my foot and received zero flexibility by staff. I am two days late to return bc the 30 day window is from the purchase date rather than the date your items ship or when you are in receipt of the items. Dissatisfied to sum it up.

Instead of refusing the return even though it was outside of our return window it looks like the customer service rep did go ahead and offer you store credit which is usually not offered at all over the 30 day return window. 2nd returned hat
I ordered hat - 1st one was perfect but too large. Gave me a store credit then charged extra$40+ for delivery. Next hat was pinkish brown, but perfect size. CS emailing me over 10 emails stating nothing is wrong with the color vs sending me return slip. Like previously stated I received 1 hat perfect color next hat very pin, orange in color. I’d like not to give a star just due to CS arguing about color and not just giving me a return slip.

So sorry for the misunderstanding. All dolls are listed as coming with no clothes in the product description in the first line of the listing. It also states clothes are sold separately again on the doll homepage. I hope you found an outfit you like!
I am disappointed with the Bohomian…
I am disappointed with the Bohomian Company and the Poppie doll chairs. To begin with I Thought the chairs were for a child especially at that price. Next, the 10% off as a first time customer did not work and customer service wouldn’t send me another code. Also, I increased my order in order to get free shipping only to find out that several items did not qualify as free shipping. The chairs were very small and fragile. Last when I went to return the item I discovered that it was on a long list of items that are not allowed to be returned for a refund. I ended up paying $17 to return the item myself.
Now I have store credit in a company that I’m not very interested in buying something from.

So sorry that you were disappointed. We do list all product measurements in the product description to avoid any confusion on the size. Any of our drop ship brands (items that ship directly from the brand) are not eligible for returns because the brands do not take these back. According to our e-mails it does look like we did approve the return for store credit even though we do not take these items back usually. I hope you found something else that you liked better!
