Wanting to upgrade our security, I did a lot of market research and spoke to many suppliers & installers of rise & fall security bollards, but this company was the only one who provided all the information, both good & bad.
I found Richard (Owner) to be very honest, helpful and show a willingness to provide excellent customer service.
The bollard was installed without fuss, mess or complaint and both the handover and the product is 1st Class.
Would thoroughly recommend!

Richard was amazing from the start. He’s an expert in his field and helped with advice and ideas from the start. He didn’t once push for a sale, just offered good advice on what product might suit us. He organised everything once the order was placed and handed over the installation to Steve. Steve did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Great quality installation and a really nice guy. Could not recommend this company and service highly enough. Can’t wait to deal with them in the future.

Bollard security tick every box: an a-mazing company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have had 4 Range Rivers stolen from the driveway and so I had 4 electrically operated rising bollards installed to deter thieves and also to stop people using the driveway as a turning area and damaging coping stones in the process.

There is nothing that Richard (who owns the company) doesn’t know about bollards! His advice was invaluable and he always followed up. He told me he has a fantastic team of installers (I didnt believe him as I am told this all the time by traders) and, for once, he was spot on. The 2 guys who installed the bollards worked throughout persistent rain and did a fantastic, neat and tidy job. The electrician (Lewis) got everything up and running perfectly. And they were all such a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, the site was cleared of all debris. Never inconvenient if I had to use the car from the driveway and the connection box installed in the garden beds discretely.

The overall experience has brilliant.

Had a green bollard fitted last Friday Caleb was the guy who installed it. The weather was atrocious but he still battled on. He did a brilliant job getting the finishing pointing right. Richard the company owner was there to answer any questions which I had a phew also Michelle in the office was very helpful. All in all I am very pleased with the Bollard and would recommend them to anyone who is looking at getting one fitted.

Great would 100% recommend, a few cars had been stolen locally and I decided to get a bollard fitted I’m so glad I came across bollard security, I spoke to Richard and we decided what bollard to have installed, I purchased and in a few days it was fitted no issues what so ever really great service.

Excellent from start to finish. After my car was targeted for a 2nd time, I decided bollards were needed.

After requesting an initial quote Richard responded within 30 mins and helped advise me of what would meet my requirements, and was transparent and honest (suggesting I needed 3, not 4 bollards like I initially thought).

Within less than 5 days my bollards were installed; Steve was a credit to the business - polite, courteous and meticulous. The bollards look fantastic and were installed to blend in with the border of my driveway.

Literally couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I feel much safer knowing.l my cars are protected.

Spent ages looking at websites and settled on thses guys and very glad i did. A quality product ordered and expertly installed within 4 days. A fantastic exceptional service. Don’t go anywhere else.

We needed a retractable bollard to protect our new campervan. Richard was easily contactable and gave excellent advice. Despite living 300 miles from where the company is based, the bollard was installed within a week, incredible! A special word for Steve who did the installation. He did perfect job in the dark and rain, and despite having to work solo that day. I highly recommend this company.

We've just had the D4 telescopic bollard installed , we have a shared driveway so our biggest concerns were the underground utilities, but all went well with no issues, the install guys got the bollard installed within an hour.
They worked fast, efficient and once the the install was completed and they'd cleaned up they showed us how to use the bollard and gave us advice on maintenance.
We should have had this installed years ago.
All in all a great company, from ordering to discussing bollard options with Richard to the install guys, a smooth process, at a great price, we would absolutely recommend these guys.

Richard at Bollards Security was nothing but exceptional, Id had zero knowledge on bollard for my commercial premises but I needed good top of the range quality and Bollard Security went above and beyond with what they supplied me as they was insurance approved and anti ram bollards at a price that was unbeatable (I was rude enough to try beat the price and failed).
Once agreed on the type of bollard they was fitted the next day!

Ryan the fitter was very experienced and ran us through each detail and kept calling me over to make sure I was happy with the placement which was measured to the mm. Once fitted he cleaned up and left the place clean as if he was never there apart from the bollards in place.

Richard was kind enough to throw in few extra keys free of charge which is well appreciated. I will definitely been using them again and recommending to all.

Second time using these guys and countless recommendations.

Ordered on Monday fitted on Thursday. Guys who fitted the bollards were hardworking and cleaned up after the bollards were fitted.

great experience from start to finish help us out and was really helpful when our Bollard was damaged by a third party . would recommend and was regularly updating on the communication from the third party concerning payment .

Maybe give your customers all information at point of buying about how water affects the dropdown of the bollards!
