We had a fantastic experience from start to finish from Richard and his team. Following a very simple phone call we placed the order quickly and the engineers arranged the install sooner than expected.
Following the install the service beats expectations and is very simple to use.

Spoke with Richard, Monday. Had in mind, wat type of security post i thought we needed. After asking Richard 100 questions. Was impressed with his knowledge on this type of security and he was more than happy to answer.. with no pressure at all. That same Monday, Ordered our security posts to be supplied and fitted. Received conformation of order and fit date Thursday that same week. Calvin came & fitted security post, cleaned up & gave us a demo on how to operate our security post. 1st class service. From initial contact with Richard to installation I cannot fault Bollard Security LTD. 2 lift assisted SQ 20 bollards fitted today before noon. The fitter,Caleb, turned up on time & worked hard all morning finishing the job about noon. Really professional guy who tidied up as he went along. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bollard Security.

Absolute 5 stars and would give more if it would let me. We had an automatic bollard fitted on a private driveway which is the absolute bees knees. The lads that fitted it were courteous and helpful and tidied up after themselves 100 %. An absolute star of a firm from start to finish. Would definitely recommend .

Fantastic product, great service and communication through the purchase process and an exceptional install. Absolutely brilliant and can’t fault them. The bollard we chose was a remote controlled one with red lights around the top. Brilliant and battery powered, so no need for cabling. The battery lasts 2 months with multiple uses daily. Really easy to remove and charge - couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the subsequent experience

Following our car being stolen in the driveway, we decided to gear up and install bollards.
They have been very reactive for the quote and very professional during the installation.
My only advice is, don't wait for your car to be stolen to get some bollards, and don't think it won't happen to you because you don't have a high-value car.

A week later they were fitted by two very polite and helpful guys.
The work was done to a very high standard.

Made an enquiry on the website, had a call back within an hour and my bollard fitted the next day! Fantastic service, fast and efficient. Turned up on time and finished when they said they would . Both chaps worked hard and gave advice on use and maintenence. Had 4x R5 anti ram fitted . Worth the extra for added security IMO. Would highly recommend this company .

I would like to thank Jake & Kenny who did an excellent job of fitting our 2 bollards. They expected the job to take 2 hours but due to the difficulty they encountered with the concrete ground mixed with rebar it took considerably longer. They did a professional job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered on the Saturday. The install date scheduled for the following Wednesday. The install guys phoned on Tuesday and said they could fit me in that day if ok. They arrived on time worked hard and the whole thing took 45mins. They were pleasant and respectful. It’s great to see that good service at great prices is still alive. I shall spread the word.
