Arranging a scheduled inspection and service.
I received a letter reminding me that my annual security system inspection and service is due. I phoned customer service to arrange an appointment with my usual service engineer. My preferred date was not available but an alternative with this engineer was quickly agreed with your agent who was friendly, efficient and polite.

Communication is a good thing
I'm sure the person who undertook the inspection of our fire equipment did a good job. However, it would have been nice to have been given notice of the actual date of the visit in case there were any issues we might have wished to raise with them.
