Cashback query
I had a query with cashback which hadn't tracked. Called them up and the issue was resolved very promptly within a couple of hours and received email confirmation of the update. Excellent, first class service...other companies could learn a lot from the service I received today. Very, very impressed.

Excellent quality of service.
I contacted Boostworks about an issue we had with renewing our membership through National Trust. I spoke to Merv, who was very friendly, polite & helpful, he listened while I explained my problem. Once Merv had all the information I gave to him, he explained clearly, what he was going to do, to try & resolve my problem. He explained that he would have to contact the suppliers of the voucher, then he would contact me as soon as he had a response from them, which is exactly what Merv did. I recieved an email from Merv explaining that my problem is now resolved & I will receive a full refund within 5 working days. Once again Merv was very friendly & polite. A great service to be proud of. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Avoid at all costs!!!! I placed an order for a reloadable gift card which hasn’t been delivered in the 6 working days they state. I’ve sent multiple requests asking when it will be delivered as their support states you cannot activate it until the physical card has been delivered only to be sent a password reset link twice which was not mentioned anywhere in any of my requests. I’ve tried calling only to be on hold twice for over 30minutes for the calls to be ended by them without ever speaking to anyone. I’m now going to have to raise a claim through my bank to get my money back. Absolute scam company. AVOID!!!!

Sighed up with CSSC. The system works well but the time has come for me to leave. As this is a subscription service I notified them I wanted to leave. It’s seems impossible and there is no way to do this online. The whole site is geared to making it almost impossible to leave. This kind of sharp practice whilst not illegal is not only inconvenient but almost immoral. There should be a simple way of leaving not requiring phone calls or further emails and a team pestering me to stay. Once they have your payment details they will keep taking funds.

Absolute charlatans,
they changed their name from peoplevalue which is apt, as it's obvious they don't value people at all - not the end user anyway.
Their website is appalling, and over simplistic - very difficult to decipher when your points expire
I've lost £100s worth of points which they've clawed back so they don't have to pay out.
My organisation who went with this scheme assured all points would last for perpetuity. so I slowly built up my point tally.
Then BoostWorks changed their t&c's – which is fine, They did notify us of these changes.
But what they don't do is give notice when your points are about to expire.
Week by week there's unsolicited emails from them promoting their, quite frankly, very poor offers
They pray (or is it prey) that you don't use these points collected- which for me,
is hard earned for exceptional work. So they can claw back at the very earliest opportunity.
Unlike most financial institutions you get until the end of the day to complete your transaction, be it credit cards, bank loans and overdrafts, rent payments, etc.
Not these guys. As soon as the clock ticks to 00:01 They're snatched your points back.
When you contact customer service their response is a cut n paste response referring to their t&c's.
As mentioned earlier in this review they don't value the end user.
When I retuned off sick another bunch of points (~ £150) removed, no warning no notice to say that it had even been removed,
On-the-quiet, as if it’s nothing!!
The only consolation is that I sit on the remuneration board and will be heavily advocating a change of provider.
If you're wanting to save up for a high ticket item,
you can forget it with these guys. You'll lose your points as you try and build up your balance.

Missing voucher
I have been using this app through my new employer for the last couple of months. I have bought multiple vouchers for Morrisons and never had a problem, the voucher has always appeared within the app within a few minutes. Yesterday I bought a voucher and drove to Morrisons expecting the voucher to be in the app when I arrived. It wasn't. The money has gone out of my bank account and the cashback showing on the Boostworks App. I waited 45 minutes in the car but no voucher arrived so I returned home with no shopping. Not only am I out of pocket for the voucher, I cannot afford to pay again to do the grocery shopping and I will now miss out on 9,000 of Morrisons More Points equivalent to £9 due to an offer expiring today. I have contacted Morrisons and they can't help and Boostworks helpline is not open at the weekend. Thank you very much Boostworks
