None receipt of order

I placed a digital voucher order today at 11:56 and it is now 22:25 and despite being charged I have not received the voucher. I have requested a refund because the voucher was needed today. Boostworks have not replied to my request for a refund. I will be contacting my employer asking them to review the contract because money is being taken and vouchers not issued. This is not the first time the has happened so I would seriously consider other firms before signing up to Boostworks.

Appalling Customer Service

You've asked me to leave a Trustpilot review after my "positive response" after you "dealt with my enquiry". Firstly you have yet to respond in any way to my query and secondly I have not left a positive review - this is the first opportunity I have had to comment. Still you asked for a Trustpilot review so here it is: Boostworks does not respond to any complaint you might make, makes false statements that you have left a positive review and then expects to be congratulated through a Trustpilot Review. In summary APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Removing my Reloadable Cards

Told today that they are removing most of my reloadable cards. Their patetic excuse boils down to "use instant vouchers, they are more convienient" - what a load of BS, they are not more convienient at all, you have to keep buying them, and either print them, or use your phone. Newsflash - we dont all base our lives around a damn phone. An Auto reloaded card is FAR MORE convienient to use. Seems little reason to use them any more, I can get discounts on gift vouchers from multiple other places.

Really Disappointed That They Expire Your Points Without Warning!

Really disappointed that I missed the update about points expiring sent back in March. There was no warning that it was about to happen. If I had known before they expired, I would have spent them.
I've lost £50 reward because of this and feel utterly cheated!

Not impressed at all!

The discounts % are not as big as the ones that other similar service providers offer, and I am not sure why but does not feel right.

One big surprise to me is that they automatically delete from your account any balance of gained cashback if it stays in your account for more than 12 months. This feels wrong, I have lost over 40 pounds of my balance due to this and it does not feel right. They did not send any reminder and I am just not used to this 'policies'. This never happened with previous services providers that I have enjoyed during my career as a contractor. Policies like this does not make sense and make you wonder why am I being penalised for that? Not a single reason for recommending them in comparison with other service providers. Hope this help you guys.

Issue with reloadable card, lack of timely resolution

Reloadable gift card ordered, arrived promptly, I activated it and this is when the problems started.
It says it can take up to 4 days from activation for the money to be loaded onto the card and tells you check the balance before you try and use the card to ensure it’s there.
Tried to check the balance but it said the pin was inactive or invalid.
4 days later I got an email from Boostworks telling me the card was corrupt and they wanted my address to send a new one (they already have my address from the original order so this was clearly just a delaying tactic)
Another 4 days later and the replacement card has still not arrived. I’ve been told I can’t even get a refund as I’d need to send the card back for that - impossible as I DON’T HAVE the new card, it hasn’t arrived!!
They have £100 of my money, that I can’t get refunded nor can I use it because I don’t have a working reloadable card.
Terrible service and they really don’t seem to either care or be in a hurry to resolve the fact that I’m currently £100 out of pocket with nothing to show for it

Unfortunately, some retailers have a policy whereby the reloadable card is blocked if the balance is checked before the card is activated. Our team asked for your address as part of our standard process when sending out your new card, just in case circumstances do change. Your card should have arrived today but we do specify that new card orders can take up to 14 working days to arrive. A member of our team tried to contact you via email and phone on Friday (1 November) to discuss this further - we'd love to resolve this for you so please do respond or reach out to us again.

Excellent service from Lewis…

Excellent service from Lewis…. There had been an Issue when loading cash onto my JL Gift Card .

The issue was brought to my attention and resolved by the boostwork team within 24 hrs from placing the order.

Excellent communication!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Under pressure, I made a mistake with an important purchase and panicked, massively, when I realised the error. Merv at Boostworks could not have been more helpful. I am enormously grateful and appreciative of the help and wonderful support received today.

Great service, great team.

I had an issue with cashback from a supplier. I sent an email to BoostWorks and was most impressed with their prompt and effective response. They kept me well informed and asked for some extra information. They had to go back to the supplier several times but persevered and succeeded. I really felt they were on my side, as their customer, and felt a valued customer. Many thanks for going that extra mile.
