Ruined by Xexec people …

Once was a good experience under PeopleValue and then the Xexec people came in and discounts were worse, big brands left and the level of service went downhill.

Don't leave it 12 months - it will be taken

I'm another individual frustrated by Boostworks greedy approach of pocketing my money after 12 months of inactivity. We recently moved to Boostworks from Rewardgateway where previously I has no issues and the benefits were significant. Yeah, it's only £12, but that's just not the point.

Quick and easy answer

I called the support line for Boostworks with a question about a fuel card. The person I spoke to was really helpful and managed to answer my question easily and quickly.

First class service

Phone with a problem of my own fault which I was very concerned about but was immediately put at ease by the calm and helpful manner of your collegue who carried on to get the matter resolved.

Bit of a scam when they prompt you to…

Bit of a scam when they prompt you to use your balance as part payment.
You then don’t qualify for cash back on the voucher you have just bought.
I bought £100 for Sainsbury’s, was prompted to use my £2 balance and then didn’t get the £4 cash back!
Sneaky and immoral in my opinion.
Clearly I could have bought a £10 voucher if I wanted to mop up the balance. In reality I transfer to a card periodically so would never use that option until they prompted me.
Basically wasted my time and nicked my cash back.
Might be worth using other sites like top cashback.

WARNING!! Cashback expires after 12 months without warning.

They don't make it obvious that your cashback will expire after a year. Very cheeky and unnecessary.

Resolved a problem with a reloadable gift card

I had a problem with a reloadable gift card I got via Boostworks. The customer service team were great and they contacted the card supplier and got my funds moved to another card, so I could use my funds. Brilliant service and they kept me up to date throughout the process.

Terrible

A scheme I was in seems to have transferred their reloadable cards / Cashback schemes to this awful company - they have removed my considerable Cashback sum & now say they’re implementing the 12 month expiry for Cashback following an audit & give an indication emails were sent out but I never saw them - very vague in information on how was communicated & Cashback was earned more than 12 months ago so clearly they are deciding randomly how & when to implement their rules as & when it suits them - they then fail to answer direct queries in emails until repeated & ask how they can help - give me my money back & then offer a sales pitch as to how much money you can earn if you spend x - how does this answer questions as to why you’ve robbed me of my money?
