I would give this service no stars if I could. We were given the wrong mobile number to arrange drop off and had to phone the booking company to get us another number. On the way home we called them to drop our car off. They only answered after the 6th attempt. We were then stood in the freezing cold for 30 minutes waiting for the car. When I asked the driver how far away the cars were parked he told me 10 miles. However he walked round the corner and my car arrived 5 minutes later with the engine stone cold, which begs the question. Where are the cars being kept. I also had 1/4 of a tank of fuel left when it was dropped off! its not a meet and greet. A meet and greed drops you off at the airport entrance not the exit of a short star carpark. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Very unprofessionally ran business, the site is just a rented yard in the middle of nowhere at the back of someone’s land, route to the site is awful full of pot holes and flooded when we went down. If I knew this I would have paid an extra 10£ and parked at Bristol air port.

Rang for pickup before we flew and arranged it for 11:30PM

Once we land I call and ask where he is, no answer for 4 rings then finally answered and says he will be 30/40 minutes bearing in mind we are stood in a car park in 2 degrees at 11:40.

Definitely will not be booking through this cowboy ran business. Best of opening a kabab shop then running airport parking

Very poor experience
This is a very unprofessional setup. The route to the parking is an atrocious pot-holed track. To be met by uninterested ‘staff’ no ID. Each group in the minibus were required to pay £14 for the short stay car park!!
We waited for over an hour to be collected on our return and were told the wrong place to wait. Use a different car parking service!!!

Impossible to get through to anyone who knew what they were doing. Dumped and picked up in the middle of nowhere. No lighting or office. No receipts.
An absolute scam.
After a lovely holiday, came home upset and stressed after such a dreadful experience.
A lesson learned.

DO NOT USE!!! Booked this company for Bristol airport, what absolute joke the vehicle that took us to the airport had 4 completely bold tyres, illegally carry children with no car seat!! And then met at the airport by angry customers who had been waiting in the cold and wet for more than a hour, Told them on my return i expected a car seat for my granddaughter as it’s illegal to carry children without one, even said they could take my car seat out my car to use to collect us, on pick up they still has no car seat, putting my 2 year old granddaughter at risk again!! The inside of the bus was falling apart, then the driver was using his mobile phone while driving with 7 passengers onboard!! Steer clear of this company, they are advertising as Bristol park and ride but absolutely nowhere near the airport, based on a horse livery farm around 10 minute away, paid £67.95 and then had to pay another £14 to be taken from the car park to the airport!! No taxi licences in sight, poorly maintained vehicles and putting people lives at risk!! THIS COMPANY NEED SHUTTING DOWN BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE, DO NOT USE!!

Worst meet and greet company in the country!!!
I have now had two very bad experiences with this company ….
First one ,we had our car returned with what smelt like manure all in the front footwells and absolutely filthy on return ,we complained and had no reply !!
And the second time (giving them the doubt )was even worse I went on a golf holiday and laid my backseat ,down to fit in my golf clubs.. when having the car returned to me. I noticed that the seat was up., so on further inspection all the footwells had dirty marks all over them when I had had it cleaned the day before.. so I can cooperate with the story before where they are ferrying workers backwards and forwards to airport!!! I contacted the booking company which were very apologetic and gave me a small refund and also gave me their email and phone number!
I have had no reply from them at all !!
So please do not use this company 🤬 !!!,

Wrong post code on booking confirmation. Had to knock on residential properties. Contacting parking was difficult, no signal. When I could get through, chap with little English kept saying follow sat Nat. But they'd given me wrong post code. Spent 50mins lost and very stressed. When I FINALLY got there not even an apology just very abrupt and rude woman. THEN TOLD HAD TO PAY 14£ WHEN PARKING AT SHORT STAY CAR PARK IS ONLY 7£ - THERE WERE TWO OF US!!!! Nearly missed flight, running for gate when I, as usual allowed 3hrs from parking to get to airport, check in and relax etc. Dreadful experience, rude people then transfer driver was erratic and on his mobile!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

The worst experience ever !
Just diabolical. No communication, no paperwork, lateness , poor attitude, questionable vehicles being used to transport service users to airport. We almost missed out flight because they were very late to transfer us to the airport from a very muddy field behind a farm . I could go on as so much happened that night , but ill cut it short. They weren't answering phone calls when we tried to contact them because they were late. They eventually arrived over an hour late ! No apology , just attitude and rickety vehicle, possibly transfered in non roadworthy vehicle. I felt unsafe and upset. When we returned to Bristol airport following our holiday they were 40 mins late , despite making several attempts to communicate there was noone manning the phones yet again. My vehicle was filthy inside. The whole experience was stressful , we will NEVER use these again and I urge you not to be lulled into using them for a lower cost alternative. Simply not worth it.

Bristol Airport allow rouge traders and scammers operate at their airport.
Don’t book Bristol meet and greet parking through Compare the airport parking company! (Owl as logo) They are a middle man set up, and will book you with third party. The third party that they used for our 2 cars at Bristol airport meet and greet was a company called GLD1 Trading ltd, this company clearly used our immaculately clean and valeted cars to transport their drivers to and from the field our cars got parked in. Cars returned late, then filthy inside and outside with wet muddy footprints in all footwells front and rear of our cars, millage was well over the millage of the field our cars were supposedly parked in.. +34 and +68 miles on them. After informing both companies and Bristol Airport we had little or no communication or apology or refund. Just introduced to Compare the airport parking terms and conditions that constantly repeats how they are a booking agent and take no responsibility for the company’s they use and allow them to use customers cars yet don’t do anything to compensate or investigate complaints. Bristol airport parking solutions did agree a full refund should be issued but then turned its back on us and we never received even a penny. Avoid this company and GLD1 Trading like the plague!!!!

One of the Worst Experiences – Scam Alert

Absolutely disgraceful service. This so called parking company is nothing but a scam. The directions they provide send you to the middle of nowhere, not anywhere near the airport. Completely unprofessional the driver was clueless and unable to communicate properly.

In the end, I had no choice but to abandon their so-called service and pay an additional hefty fee to park directly at the airport. A complete waste of money and time.

This company is unreliable, misleading, and downright untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs don’t fall into the same trap I did.

Despite having a confirmed booking, we were left waiting for an hour and 30min to just get our car back when we landed in Bristol! We called to find out and were told that it will be 15min. It was cold and we had a 2hr drive back home. We also discovered that our car charger was stolen!!
Even if they had obliged to just speak to us, it would’ve helped a little. We have called but there is no response from them and definitely no accountability for their actions. They are not professional at all and definitely not good at communicating with their customers. Never use this service please.

Handed my Truck over with 1/2 tank of fuel came back nearly empty,radio on Indian Channel and front bumper damaged .Nobody replying to emails,if you call they just say email.

I am re-posting this review to save people the stress and hassle that me and others had to endure.

Used these chancers for a holiday toward the end of last year.

Rang 40 minutes prior to arriving as instructed. Got to the car park & waited a further half hour (well over an hour after ringing) and no one showed up to collect the car.

We were going to miss our flight if we hung around any longer so we ended up finding a space for the car in the short stay car park and left it there instead and hoped it would still be there when we returned.

Upon getting through security however, I got an angry phone call from an Asian bloke (calling from a withheld number too) basically giving me a chiding for keeping his driver waiting. I didn't know what he was expecting me to do as we were already through security and couldn't go back out of the airport, plus it's not our fault they failed to meet us on time. I just hung up at this point as I was very irate with the situation and could not be arsed arguing with him further. Upon returning, we ended up having to pay £205 to leave the short stay car park!

With hindsight & after reading other reviews on here, I think we dodged a bullet by not having them show up on time (even if it did cost us £205 to get out of the car park). Other reviews state that cars have been returned late, damaged, muddy, with excessive mileage put on them, smoked in and, as one other review suggests, with a Spice grinder left behind in it. It leads me to question whether this is even a legitimate company and whether they have the correct insurance etc to be operating and driving around in cars that are not their own. They're not affiliated with Bristol Airport, merely using their grounds for their at best shady business. The 'secure parking area' is likely either a random field somewhere or whatever layby they happen to come across at the time. I personally think we were lucky that our car ended up staying where we left it and not getting thrashed or tampered with.

Honestly, spend the extra money on either parking where you keep your keys or a taxi, don't bother with these chancers. The hassle and worry for the sake of trying to save a few quid is not worth it.

UNBELIEVABLE - waited 2 hours for "Meet and Greet" - absolute disgrace - lied to, told my car was on its way - despite, seeing it was still parked in a "FIELD" in Winscombe - Eventually, collected my own car, from the compound - i.e. farmers field, no apology, no explanation and awaiting refund. DO NOT USE .. Lied, to, constantly and if I'd not demanded a lift to my card, likely to still be waiting at bristol airport .. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to use the term - meet and greet - absolute misrepresentation ..

Bristol airport car park is hard to find and down a heavily pot hole’d track.
Picked up in a very dirty car both outside and in.
Asked to pay £7 carpark fee each way but they take you to the carpark not drop off point so they can pick up people but charge them £7 as well.
I had to return three days early. Told it was £60 additional charge. I had to threaten him with legal action before he stopped asking for the money.
Returned back in very dirty car. My car was filthy. Sadly I didn’t take the mileage but I’m sure they had used it.
Do not use this company.

Cut my holiday short due to family crisis . My sister called this company with information and details of my change of flight. On arrival at luggage collection I called for pick up to be told that they had no record of early arrival & would have to pay £20 ‘cash’ to driver and i had to wait 45 mins for drop off. Explained i was travelling solo and not happy to wait at 1.40am in a car park to collect my car. I was guaranteed 30 min wait, was soon met by various other disgruntled travellers including an elderly couple (50 min wait) , couple from Manchester who’s car couldn’t be ‘located’.. An hour into my wait , car dropped off, refused to pay the £20 cash to driver, screen shot taken of my calls from luggage area through to my long waiting time. Suffice to say i will not use this service again and the driver did not receive his £20 ‘cash’ .

After our flight to Bristol Airport the car was dropped off by the driver of the company. On inspection of the car we noticed the front bumper had been damaged. They refused to accept responsibility.
Even when looking at the video footage they took previously when the car was dropped off, showing the bumper with no damage they refused to accept.
Told them we will call the police and they ran off.

Please avoid this company! Pay more and park at one of the official Bristol Airport car parks. It was awful both on arrival and exit…there’s no obvious place to park as they’re not a legitimate company so piggyback off the short stay car park. They were aware of my arrival as I had called in advance, but there was so signage as to where to park or who to give my keys to. On entering the short stay you generate a ticket which you have to pay before they take your key. It is £7 which rises to £14 if you are over 30mins. Kept calling to ask where to park and staff hung up on me.
Return journey worse, if possible. Called to notify arrival, they said 45mins but car wasn’t returned until 1h45mins later. Every time I called to check they were on their way I was lied to and told varying amounts of time.
There were at least 15 other families having the same problem, one man waited over 2hrs. Oh and you have to pay the automatically generated parking charge again on exit!
My car had 30 less miles in the tank as well, so no idea how far away they’re taking the cars to park them.
So so dodgy - honestly please avoid. This was the only stressful thing over our entire holiday.

Terrible experience. No answer when attempting to ring. Took several attempts to get through to talk to someone. Horrible customer service. Swearing and shouting at other customers while we were in the car. Delayed both on setting off and returning. Driving felt very unsafe, almost had a collision due to the driver making an unsafe manoeuvre. Will not be using again and would highly recommend others avoid too
