Took between 20/30 minutes to drop off and collect. Have to pay £7 both times to exit. If your happy for your vehicle to be taken to a farm yard to be stored few miles away then go for it. No one could bring me car so I was taken to pick it up in someone else's car!! No consideration or respect. Worth paying a bit more for silver parking at least you know what your getting!

After reading the reviews I was very nervous , so I made a note of my mileage , and condition of the car , it clearly had been driven where no idea , came back very dirty ? , the car was collected on time and delivered back to me on time , overall not bad service , price is very keen , please use once and judge yourself , as to using again may do , as my girlfriend used another company and waited for over an hour to get her car back in the cold no reply from the company Forge I think it was ?

Booked with them was very quickly return and collected on time.

Booked it through friend refrence. Got it better service then expectation. Staff is very polite and supportive. Taking off one star because i had to go all way for the termainal by walk otherwise service is good.

MUST USE EXCELLENT SERVICE

I recently used Bristol Airport Parking Solutions and had an excellent experience. Their service was both efficient and economical, making my journey stress-free.

I was running late for my flight and informed them over the phone. Upon arrival, the staff was already there to pick up my car. They were highly professional, cooperative, and ensured a seamless handover, allowing me to catch my flight on time.

On my return, my car was conveniently parked in the short-stay area, ready for pickup. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and hassle-free. I highly recommend Bristol Airport Parking Solutions for their outstanding service and affordability.

I wish we had read these reviews before booking with this cowboy company. We have a tracker on our car and they were driving it around for 3 hours after we had dropped it off! Had to get a friend to go and collect it from a field it had been dumped in all the from Wales!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they are liars and blatant criminals!

Please don’t use this company. My car was left unlocked and unsupervised. I’ve found left over food in the front of my car and even in the back ( why??). Muddy footprints everywhere in the back of the car, where they didn’t and shouldn’t go. The outside of the car was also disgusting.
I wish I could post the photos.
Honestly absolutely awful.

Do not use!!!! Car came back dirty and I hour late after they were called as advised at baggage collect. When I called them about late arrival of car - they said the manager was in the rest room and couldn’t be disturbed! I am writing directly to the airport management to inform them and for them to put a stop to such ‘ cowboy’ companies operating at the airport as it gives Bristol airport a bad name.

took over an an hour and 20 mins to get my car back and then found they had taken some loose change from my car( to be fair that is my fault ).

There is nothing positive to say about this compnay and if i was bristol airport i would stop them using your premises as they are showing bristol airport in a poor light.

I was very disappointed with this service from Bristol Airport Parking Solutions. I booked a simple last minute parking and it was in line with parking on the site for price so I thought why not. I wish I had just paid to park in the short stay parking. the walk to the terminal would have been the same and I wouldn't have had to deal with some of the worse service imaginable.
1. I had to pay an additional £12 to let them out and me out on collection of the vehicle
2. My car was used while i was away, When i tracked the usage on my app, they used quarter of a tank of fuel and the car look as though it was never parked in a manned car park, instead on the side of the road or in a field.
3. The person who dropped the car off to me had been smoking in the car and it stank, There was also cigarette ash on the door frame.
4.they had been through my car looking for something, things had been removed from storage compartments and left in the cup holder
5.the service was from scruffy Indian workers that couldnt provide ID when asked, I was simply shown a text on their phone that had my registration. (I shouldnt have let them take the car, but I had a flight to catch)
6. tried to complain direct and they said they would respond in 24 hours and 2 weeks on, I haven't heard anything.
I have now taken this company to trading standards and have issued a warning to them. I hope people that are looking to book with this company do their diligence and see all the horrible reviews on here and boycott this business. Truely upsetting and frankly shouldnt be trading and making money from hard working individuals. I have also logged a complaint to Bristol airport on the hope they ban these guys from practicing on their premises. For anyone interested, please see below details of liability.

didn't realise initially that this company is not the official Bristol Airport parking company until after i'd booked. if searching in google they come up first. Decided to cancel following reading the awful reviews and that they appear to use your car while you're away. They charged me £15 cancellation fee which I won't get for 14 days!! when I gave them over 1 months notice. I feel this is a total rip off and would not use this company again
