What a brilliant service….I always assumed a local “on your doorstep” agents would bring a more personal service but Alex and Charles proved me so wrong. At every step, both Alex and Charles went above and beyond to provide an excellent service with care and dedication throughout. Charles’ knowledge and skill ensured that any issues we faced were dealt with carefully and effectively! BHSellers were our vendors’ agent so to be treated so well, without being their direct client was incredible. I would highly recommend BHSellers! Thank you so much Alex and Charles!

Wasted time with selling. Do NOT recommend. Poor communication from assigned manager- no updates or answers in the last 3 weeks.

Alex Clendon was brilliant when I purchased my home he helped me at every stage updating me. Every time I had a question he had the answer. Great service

British Homesellers were great from the very start when we first put our offer in! Rob & Charles were always on hand to answer calls and always followed up with us with answers. Knowledgeable and clear in explaining the process to us as first time buyers and always friendly and happy to deal with!

The staff were very helpful. Calls were always answered quickly and queries dealt with and we were kept informed of progress of the purchase throughout.

Both he and Alex were focussed on delivering the best service for their clients, and as a purchaser I found the whole process as smooth as is it could be.

After an initial struggle to book a viewing, once we’d made contact with British Home Sellers they couldn’t have been better at any point during the house buying process. Excellent communication from every person we dealt with along the way, Charles in particular was fantastic and if it wasn’t for his help chasing along the chain we wouldn’t have completed our move before Christmas. Great company! Should we ever choose to sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them as the agent.

Had a really good experience. Robert Love kept us in the loop and contacted us regularly and was always available when we contacted them. Gold star service and would highly recommend.

Bought my first house through British Homesellers and it was a great experience. Overall the process took 2 months, so very quick response from everyone involved. Molly did a great job with the initial steps and the memorandum of sale was issue very quick. I also really enjoyed having someone dedicated to my case while waiting for exchange/until completion so big thank you to Charles as well.
