Builders Superstore Reviews

Great service, fast replies from customer service as I needed to return some snickers 6241’s for my partner. Received the new trousers within a couple of days of sending them back, Will definitely be using you guys again for anything in the future, nothing but praises from me!

Delivered items at another address and asked me to go knocking on doors to find it, when I questioned this was told how else am I going to get the parcel, courier took a photo not of my property and they are asking me to go knocking on doors.

Worst internet purchase I have ever experienced.
Builders superstore a nightmare.

Builders DOH’POOR Store a lying complete and upper joke, rude mentally challenged staff.

Can’t leave a proper review at moment as my same day dispatch 2 days ago still hasn’t arrived nor had any more info on it.
Seems like a lie to lure you into the purchase
Will rate item when I eventually receive

Shambles. The website states fast and free delivery, same day dispatch, etc. I ordered snickers trousers and shorts, and had to email the company to ask when they were being dispatched, only to be told it’ll be 7-10 before they even have them, no communication from them beforehand to let me know. Avoid at all costs, you can get the same clothing, but much quicker delivery at a dozen different suppliers. I only picked this one because they “appeared” to have stock of both trousers and shorts. Don’t make the same mistake as me, go elsewhere.

Easy to navigate website, good price and received parcel when they said I would can’t ask for anything more

Attended the damp proofing training course and found it very interesting, informative and well organised, Paul who ran the course is very knowledgeable and approachable, a great first step into this industry.

Great course.. great tutor, learned a lot

Brilliant course, learnt loads about condensation and ventilation which was the purpose of the course, all the extra was a great bonus

Ordered Thursday and arrived Friday morning. Competitively priced and easy ordering. Couldn't be happier.

great customer service

I don't really think a days training can furnish one with suitable qualifications for damp proofing. This is a classroom based day course of little real benefit. It needs to be taken over 2-3 days with some practical work to work effectively. Fairs fair it was a decent day in a professional classroom with a nice light lunch put on by the firm. On the basis of this course I wouldn't return or recommend to others. I did also try to contact the course tutor for some later advice as we were encouraged to do this but got no reply!

Absolutely amazing service! Would recommend to anyone looking for 10/10 quality products! Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Got most of my work gear from here everything was comfortable useful and durable , Definitely recommend!!

Rang to order some equipment, customer service was amazing with super fast delivery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
