Product good. DX delivery not so good. Was informed delivery on Monday 30th June between 0700....1800. Waited in all day. Item didn't arrive. No prior notification to inform me thai it wouldn't be delivered on that day. Item arrived on Tuesday 1st July.

Good value product/ fantastic dispatch time but delivery was delayed with no communication. The delivery companY informed me the item was out for delivery between 6am - 7pm but didn’t arrive until 3pm the following day so 2 days off work waiting in an empty property after paying £40 for delivery Not burts fault but a better courier with up to date tracking would improve the whole experience

What a pity the delivery company has completely let Burts down, turning a great performance from Burts into a disaster, with the delivery not made on the date they said and no one answering the phone.

Excellent service, what an amazing experience, never bought carpets online before, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone talked me through what I had to do, I ordered Wednesday lunchtime, carpets delivered Friday morning, brilliant service, what a great company to deal with, would use again and recommend.

Absolutely Thrilled – Exceeded Expectations!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I ordered carpet from this company after being drawn in by their unbeatable prices, seriously, I couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. I expected great value, but what I received completely surpassed that.

To my surprise, the delivery included nearly half a metre more than I ordered! In a world where most companies give you exactly what you pay for (or sometimes less), this was a fantastic and unexpected bonus.

The carpet itself is high-quality, beautifully finished, and was delivered on time with zero hassle. If you're on the fence about where to buy, don't hesitate, great prices, generous service, and a company that clearly cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I bought a carpet remnant and some underlay.

When the delivery came, it was only the underlay not the carpet, so I had to contact Burts to find out what had happened. They were very helpful and responsive chasing the courier company, and the carpet was delivered a couple of days later.

Overall, in spite of this glitch, I'm happy with the quality and price of the carpet and the customer service was very good.

The carpet sample was a true sample. The colour and quality are brilliant. I was amazed at how quick it was from order to delivery.

Customer service from Burts is great. But I'm still waiting for parts of my delivery and there has been no information about when I can expect my missing items.

We made a mistake and ordered the carpet in the wrong size. The staff at Burts helped us sort it out without any quibble at all. Great customer service and very much appreicated.

Fantastic service!
I wanted a beautiful, thick and hardwearing vinyl at a great price and found it here. However, the size I asked for in one piece proved problematic because of the overall weight of the delivery (168KG).
Despite me being hard to get hold of, Phil at Burts did not give up and kept phoning and emailing and asked for measurements and plans of the rooms, and then very kindly had it cut it into the 3 pieces I required. Carefully protected and wrapped and safely shipped in a few days with a team of 2 to deliver it.
I have ordered from Burts before and have always been very happy with the quality of the vinyl and speed of the delivery. Many thanks for all your efforts.
