Multiple items out of stock every single time.

I am absolutely furious about this company . I ordered my shopping to be delivered between 10 - 12pm today as I have friends coming for lunch .this company changed my delivery time to 1-5pm .I didn't get my shopping until 3.40pm . There were 5 things missing and they did not replace . I wasn't able to use my paper vouchers and I ordered dove shower wash that cost €2.20 they brought me a travel dove shower wash and charged me the same amount of money . I would tell anyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . there is no phone no to call and a bot ans me on email .Absolutely disgusted

Would not even give them a 1 destroyed my day ordered left my important items out and charged me mixed up my delivery will never order from them again delivery slot also wrong gave me wrong groceries and charged me as I have a severe disability as to try and get to Dunnes Stores now on my own as to many mix ups a disgrace to treat customers like that and charge you 8 To 10 Euro delivery do not order it causes to much stress can the not read as to try now and go out to buy what the did not deliver a useless Company if you even have a disability do not order as the give you the wrong groceries and leave out some the ruined my day

Firstly, I am very upset about the quality of packing and delivery of my groceries. I spent over 80 euro on it and expect it to be packaged correctly.

Secondly, I am missing items which I didn't receive and was charged for them.

Thirdly, this would be the WORST customer service I have ever had. My groceries smelled of green (Cannabis) the grocery bag and everything was defrosted because the driver was 1.5hrs late and everything smells absolutely vile.

Very good service but always remember they don't delivery in a Dunnes van ...but in a car...its a family business ...always have an alternative phone number or another alternative 🤔 way of leaving the delivery if not in. If they have to redeliver they charge extra but they are very respective and kind.

This is a wonderful service. Beats the "others" by far. Your shopper is a better shopper than I would be myself. Highly recommend

I placed an order for delivery.
My shopper communicated that1 item was unavailable.
Delivery was on time & my shopper was friendly & helped me unpack my groceries.
Unfortunately, the milk i ordered, even though it was in date was sour.
I contacted Buyme & i was refunded within 5 minutes.

Due to an arm injury I needed to avail of your grocery delivery service.

A most pleasant young man arrived, smiling, at my door.
He was most courteous and couldn't do enough for me.

Edit:They responded again with Blatent lies, no one has ever contacted or compensated me. Heck they don't even know my email. They're not used to people responding twice calling them out for their BS, if a company can BLATENTLY lie like this online to save face beware what they can do with your credit card details...

So handy, I ordered a last minute weekly shop that I didn’t have time to go get myself and it came within two hours. I contacted customer support for a specific time slot and it was answered and approved within 5 minutes. Really professional drop off and all the food the shopper picked up were all really fresh so I will definitely be using the service again

Most shoppers are great, and whenever things go wrong, the customer service chat team ALWAYS make up for it. Love the convenience - good idea, great execution!

Great service have used it every week since I heard about it. Customer service very responsive also whenever needed.

are. I waited 3 hrs for delivery yesterday evening. The shopper had called me for one substitution and said she was on her way. Then at 8.30pm I get a msg from buymie saying my shop was being rescheduled until 12-1 pm today. The buymie 'live chat' people then knocked off for the day. I rang Dunnes customer service which was open until 9pm. I was the next caller in line and then they cut me off. I rang the shopper. Then texted her. She said my payment had been declined. The money had left my account 6 hours earlier. Then today, a shopper turned up. Half of the items were missing but I had been charged the full amount. The best the buymie staff could do was apologise and say that they would refund me for what was missing. This will take 3 to 5 days. I'm waiting on the senior line manager to ring me for the last half an hour. I have MS. My mobility is pretty bad at the moment. I have to get food deliveries. Now I'm completely out of pocket, with nothing to show for it and if I could afford it, wouldn't be able to walk to the local shop anyway. This is the worst customer service I've ever received, as stuff like this happens a lot. Also, the whole 10 euro off when you spend 50 euro? Read the small print. It's only if you buy specific items. Lidl used to deliver through buymie, and were brilliant. Dunnes are a disaster. I've spent a fortune with them. They obviously place no importance on customer loyalty. Weekend ruined. Avoid at all costs.

I miss when they use to partner with Lidl as well. There were more options for us consumers but I still enjoy using Buymie. Very friendly customer support and the app is very handy if you live far away from grocery stores and wants to avoid the hassle of going out to shop.

App was very easy to navigate, selection of products was great, so many products and great value, great that you can see if shopping has started, and when delivery due, great that you get a approx time of delivery ,brilliant, driver fanoo was very good, told me,showed me what he couldn't get, he was very friendly and very helpful

A great service when you need groceries delivered on the same day as ordering. They always deliver on time and generally the quality of items picked by the shopper is good and rarely are items out of stock.

I really enjoy shopping through Buymie as it’s very convenient since I don't have a car. Although sometimes I face some issues with shoppers, which is not Buymie’s fault, their customer service is always ready to help and solve the problem quickly.
