Very handy to get the delivery right at your door. You can place an order for the same day (or next day if you start making the order in the late evening), which is also very useful and rare as compared to other delivery platforms! Really satisfied with the service :)

I've used this service a few times and what I put on my shopping list I haven't received. There's always something missing and I don't get any notification that the item is not in stock or the choice of something else. I'm consistently disappointed with them and won't be using them again.

I started using Buymie when I got sick and couldn't get out to do my weekly food shop. I had been using an UK food shop that offered home deliveries, but I wanted to buy Irish (as much as I could). Using Buymie I was able to do my food shop from Dunnes. Their shoppers are brilliant and always so helpful and professional. Also, the great thing about Buymie, they do the same day delivery. My own only issues, my Dunnes points don't get added to my account, and I wish the option range was bigger.

I find Buymie to provide an excellent service, I used it quite regularly and have found the shoppers to do an excellent job and always pleasant to deal with. I have experienced minor errors twice and on both occasions the team were happy to help and resolved the issue quickly.

A highly necessary service. I appreciate the prompt delivery and the fact that the riders called to inform me of availability and substitutions. The support staff are also very quick and responsive. I recommend the service 100%.

The Buymie customer service is incredible and has made such a massive difference to my life the past year. The drivers are all very helpful and the customer service is 110% the best I have ever dealt with. It is always a pleasure to make an order with this service.

Great idea (online groceries), but terrible implementation. About 30-40% of items are consistently out of stock, lately also charged for the items that were not delivered and were not removed from the receipt. Even with the same day delivery impossible to plan - what will be in stock and what not, although everything shows as available online. Trying to give you guys some advice 1) fix the platform, update more often what is out of stock 2) shoppers need to be better trained and make more effort to find the products - e.g. organic gluten free etc. it might take longer to find but this is the whole idea to get exactly the items customer chose online. 3) take pictures or have sort of control of what was actually delivered, it’s not ok to charge customers for products not received.

It was very easy to reschedule having realised the original time would suit. Very easy to use service which has improved greatly since first using it.

Fabulous app, they've always looked after me well since covid. The buyers are fantastic and really kind. Customer care is always happy and willing to help, so grateful I found you guys. Keep up the best work, you save me so much time and energy 🙌

Recently I was having mobility issues and found it so traumatic trying to get out and do a shop. I looked up services on line and found Buymie. I can't praise this service enough. I can track my order from once it's placed until it's dropped on my kitchen table. The packing skills are¹ a masterpiece. Everything is fresh and of great quality if I have forgotten anything, there is a grace period to add on. I had one or two queries and I used the chat room and queries were quickly dealt with. I can book my delivery time service for a small fee, and if they are delays , I will be updated immediately. I am so grateful that I found this service and would advise anyone to pop on and have a look. You won't regret it.

Use this service every week for the last 6 months, highly recommend! Anytime there is an issue they’re very quick to solve!

Buymie is a really great service that has really saved me a lot of time as a post-graduate student who works part-time. What's more, their customer service is on point. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to hear back from them and they have a direct contact to the drivers which is really helpful. If there's any issues like shoppers starting too early they have resolved it for me quickly.
