Excellent service, great availability for short-notice shopping. I’ve used the service many times and deliveries have always been on time or sooner every time I’ve ordered. Superb customer care support received when I messaged with queries on two occasions, which were responded to and resolved within minutes. Would highly recommend.

I've used this service multiple times now and only once been let down, and even then customer service were spectacular and rectified the issues immediately. The shoppers are super helpful and customer service are not only extremely prompt but also genuinely working to provide a solid customer service experience!!

Buymie is a useful thing for those like me without a car. However, I encountered a few issues while using the service where shoppers choose bad quality items or substitute items for wrong ones. Overall, the customer service from buymie was always excellent to resolve my issues, but I had a bad experience recently where the attendant Maral blamed me for the wrong items the shopper bought, ridiculous.

The level of service and attention to detail is outstanding.

Consistently unreliable service. On several occasions, my order has been postponed until the next day at the very last minute. Many shoppers also fail to call when the selected product is not available. Do not use this service. It will let you down.

Someone deleted my account, I have asked for a manager to call me, a week now and no call. I had been told I would receive credit on my account for 8 substitutions I did not agree to. Then my account gets deleted suddenly. They won’t tell me how my account got deleted.

Fast response to queries, all solved, great service

Ive been using buymie for the past couple of months and have had positive experience. Just with my last shop woth dunnes i never recieved my vouchers afterwords i contacted dunnes and they said the issue is with buymie i need to contact them which i did twice but no reply. Its a pity tho becouse i had to pay full for my next shop feel like trust has been broken ill go myself in future... 1123764 order number

I use buy me weekly to get my shopping delivered and I never usually have an issue, there was a small issue with my receipt from my most recent shop and I was speaking to the customer service team and all was resolved in less than 24 hours. Amazing service and I will be continuing to use this app. It’s so convenient and the customer service team are amazing at resolving issues quickly.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff were pleasant.

I did my online shopping last week. When I did a deposit amount was secured on my bank account.
When the payment eas taken the deposit amount was not removed and I've been left with no money in my bank account since.

Since Monday now I've been limping along with zero in my account, electric bill waiting to be paid and my sons school trip was this week. Because of this I would advise others to be cautious.

I contacted the company I shopped with Monday and they still haven't resolved the issue.

Overall good. The fact I need to check that Cornelscourt is the selected store, weekly, is very annoying. Also why we cant put other vouchers etc on here is beyond me. Dunnes advertised BuyMie yet this is a separate app also used by Dunnes! Odd. Alot to be achieved still. And very expensive platform. I see reply but the only good Dunnes is Cornelscourt for products. No where else. Despite what you say. Anywhere else has left half shop not done continuously. Bad substitutions etcetc.

Owe me money for items that weren’t delivered and items that weren’t available won’t respond just sends the same email back as well don’t trust this company unless you want to be ripped off and made feel stupid.
