I received an extra order, so I contacted Tavio. Glide was awesome in resolving the situation, the same day that I had sent the email requesting to fix the order. I recommend Glide, and Tavio.

had original ordered 3 Tavio packs, which I started to use, but then 4 or 5 weeks later I got an notification that an other charge went to my card for more Tavio oil ,
I was shocked since I didn't place the second order , but apparently when I place the first order I had missed the part that I was signing up for more Tavio oil , I emailed the company rite away to cancel the order , but to late the order had been processed and shipped, after some time I was able to resolve the issue with the company, thanks to there customer support team and Steph who was fully understanding at my frustration on the order , I was able to get a refund for the second order of Tavio oil and if I do get the package I was told I could keep it instead of have the hassle of shipping it back, thanks again for your understanding .

When Steph took over I finally got some action on my late order. She found it had been lost in transit. She then refunded my money paid for the order, although it may take a while to see the refund in my account. Looks like I will have to reorder to get the property that I ordered before.

Tavio is a scam and i was automatically signed up for a subscription without realizing it, and that was expensive $119. They would not tell me how to start a return, though they returned a portion of the money. I went on the website and I thought I had canceled my subscription, then two weeks later and another one just arrived for $88 of crap that I don’t want.
I’ve been working with castor oil clinically for nearly a decade, and I don’t trust this product. It had a (most likely artificial) fragrance in it that is not listed in the ingredients.
Do yourself a favor and go to your local house, food store, and buy good quality cold pressed castor oil!

Don’t buy unless you like headaches. The customer service is horrible. Ignored me for weeks. When the product arrived I had to go to post office and pay again because they used fraudulent label. I had to dispute charges and that was then when I got responses. The oil bottle is so small like droplets medicine. Is not worth the money. Stay away from if you don’t want to be disappointed

I ordered. You promised. I was notified it had been delivered. It never arrived. I asked it to be remedied repeatedly and kept being offered a percentage back to keep what I never got. Finally was told I'd get a full refund. It finally came. Thank you, Ivie!
