The customer service was personal. A real human, Steph, not only responded quickly to my messages but stayed on top of things and offered multiple solutions to my situation. Beyond what anyone would expect, Steph expressed concern and understanding with kindness. Companies with people who are kind may or may not have a product that meets your needs, but doing business with this company is something that I would confidently recommend.

I have found Louren to be an exceptional personal representative for Tavio. I find this company to have a quality product in Castor Oil. I accidentally got on auto subscription and received an order I did not need. Being retired and on a fixed income I contacted the company and inquired about changing that status. Louren is the representative that contacted me. We have worked out an agreeable solution for both the company and for me. It is a win win. Louren has been a gracious and understanding company representative and it's been a pleasure working with her. Thank you Louren for your reciprocating kindness. I'm feeling the love from Tavio. Stephanie in customer service was wonderful at resolving my issue. I ordered this product but did not like the smell of it. I am sensitive to smells and this was just overwhelming. I canceled it and was promptly refunded. Then a month later I was charged again and told that my recurring order would be shipped. I immediately emailed the company a couple of times asking them to make sure they did not send it to me because I would not be keeping it. They seem like a great company although I did not even try the product due to the smell.

I did not see any improvement in my symptom, but to be honest I did not use it as often as I should have. I have a hard time, remembering things and setting new habits is extremely difficult for me.
I canceled my subscription and they were quick to honor my request without any problems.

This product is totally a scam. It is NOT organic castor oil. It isn’t thick, it’s super thin. The oil has a strong fragrance that castor oil shouldn’t have. I have emailed multiple times and they aren’t responding to me. I want to cancel the subscription I didn’t even know I had and they just won’t get back to me. I also want to send the second bottle back as I am too scared to even put the random oil on my body. If there was a minus 1 star I would choose that.
I’m super disappointed there are people in this world like Tavio operating fully out of integrity. It’s very sad.
