Bad service.
My review is nothing about the product and 100% about the service. I placed my order weeks before Christmas. On Dec 15th they were still advertising that this is the last chance to get an adventure challenge before Christmas. Mine was booked 10 days before that. It arrived Dec 28th.

First time purchase
This was my first purchase and I bought as a Christmas gift. The site was so easy to navigate and finalize the purchase. I was late to order and wasn’t sure it would arrive in time for Christmas but it did. Thank you so much. The recipients are excited to start their adventures and I can’t wait to hear the stories.

I Never got my package
I Never got my package. They delivered to a separate address.. I have tried to contact the adventure challenge people many times.. and no one has contacted me. The customer service seems not good, and has been a overall extremely frustrating experience.
