Item never arrived on Dec 12th like it said and have emailed 4 times since then. 12th, 15th, 18th and 20th.
Used both emails yet still no response and help so had no gifts to give for christmas

It arrived on time and in good packaging. It was a Christmas gift and the receiver appreciated the quality and concept. They have not had a chance to try it yet.

I placed and order and long story short, it ended up getting sent back to you because the delivery drivers never called me when they arrived at my apartment. I’ve been contacting you guys for weeks for a redelivery to a different address but it still hasn’t been sent out.

I ordered a couple different Adventure Challenge books and had tried to use the best discount coupon. Turns out I'm not super great at math and I applied the wrong discount. I emailed AC right away and a rep named Daniel got back to me within hours to help and applied the better discount and give me a refund on what I would have saved! Amazing customer service! I can't wait to share my experience with our books and camera!

Wonderful experience that you exceeded expectations. Ordered multiple different adventure books for holiday gifts and we were able to pick one that matched everyone perfectly. These were (are) the hit of the season and everyone is planning their first adventures (so excited!)
Also, shipping was so fast!
I would highly recommend.

Terrible delayed shipping
I placed an order more than 10 days ago and the order hasn’t still been shipped. Shipping was guaranteed 4-6 business days but it still shows that product has not been handed to the shipping company. There is no reply to the support email or chat. Horrible customer support experience.

Not impressed so far
Didn’t use it yet so still to see but I almost never received my package, my address was cut in half on it so they delivered it to an other house!
Thankfully, my farther neighbours bring it back to me!

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, but there was some scratching inside the book, not to the point of ruining the experience but for the price, I would kind of expect there to be no damage to the internal part of the book
