Bought, delivered and enjoyed!

Didn’t get my order. They guarantee it arrive before Christmas if you order before a certain date (15th I think?) - I ordered it on the 10th, and haven’t heard anything from anyone. Likely won’t do business with you guys again if this isn’t resolved before December 25th.

My package was stolen (I live in an apartment building so that happens sometimes). Perla was great to let me know who to contact to see if the package was really stolen or was misplaced and when the theft was confirmed, she was quick to suggest the item be delivered to me again (to a safer address) without additional cost. Very comprehensive, easy and quick. Thanks again Perla!

Still haven’t recieved it and immediately got better offers and discounts than I paid

Product is great and shipped very quickly in the middle of December. My only complaint is the lack of communication or tracking ability. I placed the order and received a confirmation email, but nothing else with any shipping information. There also wasn’t a way for me to track my order on the website, although that may have been a temporary glitch as there should have been a place to do so. I would have appreciated an email saying the product shipped with the tracking number included. Overall I will order from them again and would recommend them to others.

Both books came in damaged and Adventure Challenge never responded to email about a return or discount. Such crap!! I want my money back!

Have yet to receive it and tracking info is incorrect. Not sure what went wrong.

I don't have an issue with the product but hate purchasing an item then get a email where it is cheaper the very next day and not honouring that email

My husband and I have only tried one but the book is just so ooooh cute.
I have my own Polaroid so that cut the cost sooo much lol but the book 📖 Is awesome. I wish they had a book for a family of 3 I could only find one for a family of 4 or up

You are correct. I have no problem taking back my comment. Once I was contacted, the package was right back on track. They actually were able to send the order before the 25th of December. Still yet to use the product, but as service goes, chapeau.

I live in Toronto and you guys ship from Etobicoke and yet my package has not even left your facility in over 2 weeks. And now I won’t have it in time for Christmas.

These books are a great way to creatively break free from your same boring old routine...they do all the thinking and planning for you and are an exciting surprise everytime! Lots of laughs! And shipping was unexpectedly quick, even during the first weeks of December with Christmas

I have ordered from the site. The shipment was sent back to sender for “wrong address” despite the fact that I have never had this issue and live in a house (should be no confusion about the address).

I have contacted the company and no one has responded and no refund has been given. I really just want what I ordered in November and I wanted it here for Christmas. Hopefully a review will help get the attention of the company as an email to their support has gone unanswered.
