By far the worst customer service from…
By far the worst customer service from a aspect of do what’s right for the customer. I made a purchase 3 days before the Black Friday sale and when I reached out to get a price adjustment for and order that hadn’t even shipped yet. I was told I would have to return and rebuy as they could not price adjust the purchase. Yet now you’ve decided to give me a 15% discount as a ‘refund’ whcih clearly shows you had the capability to go in and refund me the 40% from the Black Friday sale, instead you were going to make me rebuy and return… do better.

Great product, HORRIBLE Customer Care
I immediately asked to cancel the order I placed. Two days later, I receive a response from Customer Support that the package had been sent already and charged, but I could send it back when received and would receive a refund, minus shipping costs. Of course I did not agree to this. I shouldn't have to pay, literally, for someone else dropping the ball. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and started a case with my credit card to dispute the charge. At that point, the Customer Representative agreed to return the total amount. A few days later, the representative sent an Email asking me all the same questions asked. I indicated such. Then I received my return label. Package was immediately returned. After 2 days being received back at the warehouse, I followed up with the tracking information. I was then told I couldn't get my return because I had an open case with my credit card. I wrote back with proof it was closed. My case was then escalated. Upon escalation, I was told I have to wait a few days to receive my refund. To date, I still have not received my refund. My second time ordering from here. Great product, TERRIBLE customer care. Save your money and buy at your local store and save your sanity - and money.
