Very slow delivery!
I like the brunch blend coffee pods more than those you can get at the supermarket and I’m sad that cafe pod pods are less available in supermarkets than they used to be. I ordered 3 x 36 pods on the 31st August and the same day received an email saying they were packed and ready to be shipped. However they obviously weren’t shipped as they’re only due for delivery today which is quite along time. If I can’t buy them in my supermarket and they take this long to arrive online then it reduces the chance of me re-buying sadly.

We are so sorry about the recent delivery delay; usually orders get delivered within 2-3 days after being dispatched and we are actively investigating this recent delay as we were only made aware of this a few days ago.

Each time the response has been fast and effective. Gloria deserves special mention here.
During this time, I have occasionally tried other suppliers, but no one comes close for both quality and service together.

For the first time since we started…
For the first time since we started ordering our delivery took ages to arrive. I had delayed the order until the 28th August ( this is not uncommon as we often don't use our pods within the delivery schedule) Usually the delivery is with 2 or 3 days of the date. this month our delivery didn't arrive for 8 days after the delivery date. I notice that you used Evri as you delivery company which are useless in our area. If you are continuing to use Evri I will have to discontinue my subscription as we ran out of coffee due to the delay which is disappointing and makes the service/subscription unreliable
