Cala Homes Reviews

Huge shoutout to George Fisher for an exceptional paint job! He was professional, detail-oriented, and the quality of the finish is top-notch. Highly recommend his work to anyone looking for a reliable painnter!

Marius has helped to fix a falling fence. He has been very professional, on time and ensures things are done right. Highly recommended.

Quality of home and sales experience with Jenny has been really great. Jenny has been very transparent and shared details at each step so far. They have been very helpful and understanding.

Marius did a great job. He was punctual, polite and professional. Left the area very clean as if no work was done there. Very pleased with him and Cala. Kish

Marius did an excellent job, thank you so much Marius

Myself and my partner are seriously considering purchasing a cala home at Lathallan after the exceptional service from Meg. We had such a warm welcome and show around. The houses are outstanding but the professionalism and friendliness from Meg and Helen was next level.

I recently purchased a townhouse at the Cala Aurs Meadow estate in Barrhead. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The process of buying my new property was made so much easier & nicer with the help of Fraz & Rossana, who looked after me every step of the way, making me leave my other home that I had been in for 30 years, all that be better with little stress.

Thanks to Cala for everything, I’m so looking forward to living in my new house.

Kind Regards,

Elaine McLintock

Louise and Caroline perfect ambassadors for Cala

I can’t thank Michaela at Cala Homes enough for all her help and support throughout our move. Moving house is such a stressful experience, but having someone as reliable, caring and approachable as Michaela as our point of contact has made the whole process so much easier.

She has always been there to answer our questions, keep us updated and make sure we felt supported every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism have really made a difference, and we’re so grateful to have had her guiding us through what can otherwise be a very overwhelming time.

Thank you so much, Michaela, for everything you’ve done. You’re an absolute credit to Cala Homes, and we couldn’t recommend you highly enough! ❤️

This is a review regarding Nick Sullivan at Cala King’s Barton in Winchester. He has come to our house a few times to fix bits and bobs and has always been personable, good to deal with, honest and does a high quality job. Thanks Nick!

The assistance from Cala team was excellent and they kept me posted about the new incentives available for the last properties.

As first time buyers we could not be more complimentary of Cala and the home they’ve built for us. Our amazing sales advisor Ellis ensured that we were comfortable throughout the process and made every step easy and exciting.

Ellis made sure we had all the information necessary, helped us to view different show homes and explore our options properly so we could find our perfect first home. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we can’t thank Ellis and Gillian enough for all the help and guidance through the process.

Since moving in they have continued to help and site manager Kyle along with his team have gone out of their way to ensure we are happy in our property.

We love our new home and feel settled in the area already.

Thank you!

We received excellent service today from Mr Martin Hales. He was friendly and professional. We were impressed with his great work. Many thanks!

Abby was immediately helpful, professional, and friendly - she handled the enquiry with incredible speed! I was expecting weeks, but it was turned around in less than 3 days.
Thank you Abby!

We have been in our property for a year now; everything has been smooth sailing and stress free. I recently emailed Cala about a shower clip that had broken asking where the part came from so I could replace it and they instead arranged for Jackson plumbing to come over and fix it for us. We couldn’t believe it for something so small. Jackson were brilliant too- they called us straight away to arrange a day and time. On the day they even arrived early so we could go about our day. The process was faultless start to finish. Cala even followed up with emails to ensure we were happy with the service. Genuinely can’t fault our experience so far! Customer service is 10/10.

Nick from Cala in Winchester is highly knowledgeable and experienced. He has managed to quickly diagnose the issues and resolve them. Nick has a great customer service manner. He has provided an outstanding service.

Relatively easy process. Everything clearly explained and we felt the staff were working with us.

We are currently purchasing a Cala Home using the Assisted Move scheme. At this point we just wanted to mention Joanne Gigg who has been our sales agent [we have also dealt with Becki to a lesser extent but the same comments apply to Becki]. Jo has been so helpful getting us to this position and always answers the many queries we have in relation to the house and plot. Always pleasant, warm and a credit to Cala.

What an amazing show house and site - we were met by Vickie - so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the area and development. A credit to Cala. Beautiful homes.
