Felt too bad to step into a Dr office. All dentist in our area were closed for the weekend. Just needed antibiotics for tooth infection. This was quick and easy.

Horrible experience
I asked for prednisone for my sinus infections. They did not order it. I had paid for the subscription, but I am cancelling it. I am miserable tonight because they didn’t call it in. I have been a registered nurse for 30 years. I will have to miss work tomorrow to go see my primary to get prednisone.

CallonDoc is amazing!
I have used CallonDoc twice now and let me tell you, what a Godsend. Both times, I knew I just needed a simple prescription for Amoxicillin for dental infection. The first time was on a Wednesday morning and I had a treatment plan & Rx sent within ten minutes of my consultation!! The second time was on a Friday evening, so it took a little longer, but still less than an hour. It only took a few minutes to fill out the questionnaire. I did have to submit two photos for that particular diagnosis, which thankfully someone in a previous review mentioned so I knew ahead of time and that was helpful. When you know what the problem is and what medicine you need, this is such a more efficient, low cost method of doing things than a traditional clinic visit. Life is stressful--thank you CallonDoc for making it easier!!

EASY, THOROUGH and ACCURATE HELP ON A WEEKEND!
Easy to use and was VERY helpful on a Saturday morning to solve a minor but urgent issue saving me a trip to Urgent Care or the ER. Great value for the money and a detailed inquiry to come up with a treatment plan and a prescribed medication--- ALL within 2 hours of the first contact. Highly recommend and will use again.

Just got wrong doctor
Just got wrong doctor, I suppose. Soon as I filled. Out my forms I had a doctor. Never had a visit so fast, would of been okay but they ordered me a bunch of otc meds, that I had at home and was using, just needed a antibiotic, unfortunately never got that medicine, still waiting but after work i felt like death and went to hospital got the antibiotics, now im demanding a refund, not sure if i will use this platform again, depends on the refund and the way I was treated that I doubt I do again. If I could screenshot my profile I would but it’s not letting me, I’m certainly a customer so please let’s not act like I’m not
