I had swelling around my fingernail and didn’t want to sit in a waiting room, someone told me about callondoc and so glad I tried. It was the same amount as a visit to med express and so much more convenient. They had me diagnosed and prescription ready within an hour! I will definitely use again.

Awful UTI from sex!
I had a horrible UTI. I get them often from sexual activities. I was embarrassed to go to the doctor. Call on doc was perfect! No doctor visit needed! I got my meds fast!

Extremely poor experience with delayed times
It was a time consuming process. It took multiple messages and way too much effort to get a simple CT ordered. The process took multiple days. It would have been easier to schedule a telehealth appointment with my PCP.
They asked me way too many questions which required extensive detailed responses. We are talking about writing multiple paragraphs of information. The amount of information that the service requested was absurd.
I didn't receive any information for at least 24 hours, despite the quick turnaround that Call on Doc states. It really shouldn't be that hard of a process and they made the process painful and long. I pay you the $ and then I should receive an order.
I definitely would not use the service again.

Twelve hours later still waiting on my…
Twelve hours later still waiting on my prescriptions to get to the 24hours pharmacy. I like how fast this service prescribes but last time there was a long delay too. I know that I don’t pay for expedited but shouldn’t take this long to call in a prescription. Being in pain isn’t fun.
