Amazing masks! I’ve been using them for many years, never a problem. Some funky new designs just dropped and I LOVE them.

SHOCKING, DECEITFUL AND DANGEROUS!
As a serverly immunocompromised customer I required a NEW respirator face mask for enhanced safety, to protect me against bacteria, viruses and fungal spores.

As the Cambridge Mask Company have a CONVINCING, reputable looking WEBSITE, I trusted them and ordered a PRO Mask, what I eventually received I wouldn't even expect from a DODGY eBay or High Street BARGAIN retailer!

A USED MASK WAS SUPPLIED in a box with a CONCEALED BROKEN SEAL!
Before decitefully and precisely covering the broken seal on the packaging, I do hope that these returned masks are sanitise before attempting to sell them again as new. Are used masks resold to improve company profits?

FACT : The survival of bacteria at room temperature on fabric is up to 206 days.
The infectivity of viruses on textiles is typically within 2–4 weeks.*

The contaminated mask had dust, particles of skin and different coloured fibre particles trapped in the fabric, typical of what I would expect from being kept in someone's pocket or handbag! It is the microscopic contamination that is that is dangerous!

As a previously opened mask, who knows how long it has been used for; 3 minutes, 3 days or 3 months past it's expiry usage date?

Customer Services responded swiftly but appeared calm as though this incident was NOT A RARE OCCURRENCE.

I will revert to a supplier that i can TRUST, that will supply me with a NEW, HYGIENIC MASK and that does not SUPPLY RETURNED AND CONTAMINATED USED FACE MASKS!

As I VALUE MY HEALTH, this is my first and final order with the Cambridge Mask Company with it's validated and certified masks and apparent DISREGARD OF MASK HYGIENE PROTOCOLS!

I have worn these masks since the pandemic back in 2020 and have found them to be a good quality mask that gives you confidence around others knowing it’s filtering the air for you and keeping you safe.
As others have said the ear loops are uncomfortable and on some masks keep slipping off your ears (why only some masks I’ve no idea, maybe some fit better than others?)
The sizing can vary between styles of mask unfortunately, I wear a small and it would be nice to have different patterns but on too many occasions I’ve tried different colours/patterns and the small size varies far too much. I stick with the blue Admiral mask now.
Recently I have had a lot of issues with the quality of these masks, 6 months ago I opened two boxes only to find the elastic toggle straps were rotten and just pulled straight out rendering it useless for adjustment. Then last week I had to return the mask I was currently wearing as the valve started to come away from the mask at the front. Cambridge masks replaced that mask under guarantee but on opening it yesterday the elastic toggle straps were rotten just like previously. I would suggest anyone with the same mask (Admiral Pro) with a manufacturer use by date of 12/25 check their masks and elastic toggle straps if you have any boxed ready to use like I do.
I have always recommended Cambridge Masks but at the moment with these quality issues I will not recommend them anymore until this quality issue is addressed.

These masks are high quality and some of the few on the market that protect against a range of VOCs. As a person with multiple chemical sensitivity they make me feel safe in urban areas, around traffic and construction sites etc. The mask itself is a good fit, but the ear hoops are really chunky and usually just pull off my ears. If I manage to keep them on, they pull the ears which is really uncomfortable, even for just a few minutes. This makes the mask near impossible to wear. It does come with a headband which tends to slip off the head, and the only way to wear it is to put my hair up in a bun and secure the headband to it. This makes it inconvenient, time consuming to fit and uncomfortable over time. Living with MCS means you need to be able to put on a mask quickly and to wear it without it falling off your face but I find that the best way to wear the Cambridge Mask is to simply hold it onto your face with your hands. The design of the masks needs a review and update. Seeing from other reviews, I’m not the only person with this problem and I really hope Cambridge Mask Co will listen to feedback and update their designs. I have already emailed the company about this issue but it seems it fell on deaf ears. I will keep using it because there are no other masks on the market that compete with the filter quality, but the poor fit sadly means that I often don’t wear the mask when I should, and I keep getting sick.

These masks are very comfortable and effective. The sizing and fit is great (XL sells out quickly). We’ve bought every type of Cambridge mask over the last few years - valve, non-valve, basic and pro - and the masks are always great for their purpose, last a long time, easy to wash and reuse. Customer service is also very polite and attentive when we’ve had issues (very few).

I ordered an Adult Size Small.What arrived was a Kids Size Small. The measurements aren’t adult S. I rang them and was asked to send photos which In did. I did eventually had a response to say it had to go to operations team for review. They now say as a gesture of goodwill (so good of them!!!!!!) they will replace it with an Adult Med!! Why would i want a medium when i ordered a small. Wish I hadn’t bothered and ordered from somewhere else.

I love my mask, I use it to cycle in London and I feel like it not only helps me with filtering pollutants but also pollen so I suffer less with my hayfever. They are a little more difficult to breathe through and it gets really warm under there during high-intensity activity, which to me just proves how well they filter. Friendly customer service when I had trouble ordering too. The only downside was that my box looked like it had been opened once before, the seal was broken and they had put a new sticker over it.

I love the fit with the behind the head cincher. They've held up better and kept their shape more than any other mask I've owned. I like to layer mine over a 3M Aura N95 mask for optimal protection. I'm able to breathe comfortably through this layered mask system. It gives me peace of mind in a variety of environments, like work, shopping, and medical settings.

Wonderful quality product a reasonable price, protect you from your allergies, specially summertime. Highly recommend 1010.

The staff at Cambridge masks go above and beyond, making sure my son got his matching mask in time for his school prom. He was delighted with it. Always great quality.

I bought your masks years ago to brave the most polluted city in the world - New Delhi. They are excellent - comfortable, breathable and without them I coughed and spluttered and felt fluey. Regret that they are no longer available in the city that needs them most.

I have severe allergy which limited my outdoor exposure. But this mask helped me to get back outdoor. It filters out pollen pretty well.

I love the diversity of colors and styles. These masks help me so much as I'm allergic to all pollen where I live. These masks have helped keep me from getting sick! I'm so glad my friend introduced me to these a few years ago.

I love my Cambridge masks. They give me confidence when I go to medical appointments or any indoor settings as I am clinically vulnerable to all infections. They are comfortable to wear and, despite my having a lung conditon, the masks allow me to breathe comfortably. I have used them for several years now and have not even caught a cold in that time.

I've had my Cambridge mask for a few years, since I don't use it that frequently. It's fantastic for second hand smoke, chimney smoke, perfumes and general pollution, and it looks good too. I can really recommend it. I also like that it comes with a head strap, so I don't have to fully rely on attaching it to my ears. I need a new one soon, since this one is wearing out now, and I'll no doubt choose Cambridge again.

Bought my first mask in 2019 after catching mumps twice. I used to catch something almost every time I left my house. The only times I’ve caught anything since wearing these masks has been when someone in the house was sick.
Has made a huge difference to my health not catching illnesses every couple of months.

As a healthcare professional, prevention is important to me and my family! This mask creates a sense of safety in everyday life! High-quality ingredients enhance the feeling of comfort! We have been using it for years! Excellent product!

Having cystic fibrosis I feel more comfortable wearing a mask in crowded settings and Cambridge masks are by far the most comfortable masks I have ever found. My sister also wears one regularly as she lives with me and doesn’t want to bring viruses home with me being more susceptible to them

We started with these masks about 6 or 7 years ago, to help with forest fires smoke. Luckily, we had them already when covid hit. We still use them when we are around others, and only have gotten covid once, and only half of us got the flu. They rock!
