Amazing experience. This is not a fake review as some people are suggesting lol. Chap came quick & speedy seeing as it came from the Netherlands. Came with its own dust bag. Hat in perfect condition. Can’t fault these guys

Don’t deal with this company. Make out they are UK based but spain based. I ordered a £36 cap, it was too big so returned £11+ postage, which they then refused, as said no customs paid, now parcel lost, no one responsible for the cost of it. Cost with postage’s £60 and have nothing to show for it. Why would they refuse it and not just pay and deduct of return. Also feel very misleading with .co.uk web address

Ordered March 3, arrived May 16. Terrible experience with support. Avoid. Don’t even want these hats anymore.

Painfully slow delivery. Have bought twice. I had hoped the 1st time was a one off considering the cost of delivery. The 2nd time took even longer. Won't buy again unfortunately due to this.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for an update on the status of my order. Caphunters confirm my payment at the time of placing the order. There appears to be no way of contacting the customer service team. This is the worst experience I have every had making an online purchase. Beware of this company, very poor 0*

Ho ordinato un cappellino il 15 Marzo, ad oggi 24 Aprile non ho ricevuto nè il cappello nè il rimborso. Ho provato a sollecitare più volte, mi hanno detto che era colpa dello spedizioniere, lo spedizioniere mi ha detto che non poteva consegnarmi il pacco, il pacco è stato restituito all'azienda ma ora è in giacenza chissà dove. E chi ne paga le conseguenze sono io.
Inaccettabile, considerando che faccio tanti acquisti on line e non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere.

1 star because you can’t leave zero! Not contact details, no way of tracing any orders, no cap turned up, no desppatch details, absolutely shocking - do not trust this site! I was sceptical but was the cap I wanted, gone back to using Hatstore again, different cap but never had an issue with them or there service,

 Bit skeptical after making purchase and then coming across some of the reviews on Trustpilot. However, kept updated via caphunters website & the dispatch email is masterful, I've made a second order by the way, another cap from Goorin Bros. Cap delivered well packaged & in a neat little Caphunters dust bag. Delivered bang on their ETA too.

They r fake advertising next day delivery for an xtra tenner. Its been over 4 working days and item isnt even in my country yet. Joke. Scammers

Authentic cap received in a company dust bag. Shipping was surprisingly fast from Europe to Canada. Email communication was great, tracking number working from shipment to arrival. Only complaint would be the lack of tape on the package to secure the box closed (one piece of tape on either side of box opening). Overall recommend the company.

Buying from CapHunters was the worst experience of my life.

However, despite hesitations stemming from bad reviews, I decided to proceed with purchasing two hats due to their enticing pricing and the availability of one hat I couldn't find elsewhere. Placing the order on a Saturday night, I was pleasantly surprised when the hats arrived promptly on Friday morning, essentially within a five-day shipping window. The tracking system functioned smoothly, leaving me with no complaints in that regard.

However, I've deducted one star from my overall experience due to a lack of clarity regarding the location of their warehouse, which is not based in the UK. This ambiguity could potentially lead to unexpected import duties of 20% if your order is over £135, although in my case, I didn't incur any additional charges. Nevertheless, even with this slight inconvenience, I would still wholeheartedly consider purchasing from CapHunters again in the future.

I ordered a cap in good faith but the sent me the wrong size. Enquired how to return and they said I have to pay all shipping
costs and Customs costs to return it to Spain.

Service from here and ups is awful.. placed order. Was working so left note on door to leave with neighbour. UPS left In locker but left no access code.. UPS policy is to abandon package.. caphunters advise they will sort it out and send another hat.. this was October.. 🤣

Never again. They avoid telling you that the items are shipped from overseas. I ordered on the 7th of Jan, it's now the 17th and still no sign of my item. Also there's no chance of a return now I know it's overseas, which is why they don't tell you. I will make sure I buy local next time.
My opinion is, avoid this company. If you need to return your item, it's going to cost more than the item did, and delivery is painfully slow. I get parcels from China and India faster and they're only shipping from Spain to UK.

One of the worst company to buy and do not provide return shipping label, I sent few caps back on my expense and when they recieved on their local postal services they refused to arrange delivery and I lost almost £50

Buyer Beware! Avoid at all cost. The item was inaccurately described on the website. They refused to recognize this and would not provide return shipping label despite clear evidence. They know it will cost a lot to send wrong item back so people just swallow cost of the Caphunter mistake. If you bought by credit card, file a dispute with credit card company (chargeback) to prevent them from continuing scamming you and other people in the future.
