**STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND OVER A MONTH FOR A ITEM IVE NEVER RECEIVED**
Placed an order back on the 25th July 2024. This got returned back to Caphunters by Royal Mail for whatever reason (so I never received my item). I have messaged Caphunters several times regarding a replacement or refund, apparently it can take over a month for them to receive a returned item, but you can get next day delivery if you purchase. We are now on the 4th September 2024 and they still haven't received the item back yet and have said they cant issue with a refund until they have. From a customers point of view, I think this is absolutely terrible service. They have had my money since the end of July! Caphunters have stated they can see the tracking information for the item and is ''on course with normality'' to reach them (I have looked on my order at the tracking, and its not been updated since 09/08/24). So if you can see that and its tracked, why cant you issue a refund to the customer that's been waiting over a month for a resolution? This is very poor customer service....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
If you live in UK dont use and be careful when…
If you live in UK be careful when ordering from this company. It is based in Europe and as such they will let you spend your money with them however forget to tell you that you will need to pay additional costs for your items to clear customs. In addition if you send anything back to them at a cost to yourself they won't accept the parcel and have it returned to you and ask you to send it again blaming the return on you and Spanish customs. The whole event in dealing with caphunters was a dreadful process with no customer support at all. The operators aren't interested in helping as they have your money and know there is little to nothing you can do about. Wish I had started a dispute with this company via PayPal at the start to try and help recover some expense.
My advice don't use this company and seek the products from a more reputable company who cares about their customers.

Be careful ordering from UK (no returns)
Unfortunately I had to return an item because it was the wrong size. I followed their instructions, which included pre-paying taxes and recorded shipped in order to return to Spain, but they rejected the return and sent it back to the UK! They never even informed me about this and now the product is lost. Now I have no product which I paid for and don't want, can't return it regardless, and paid for return taxes/shipping which I can't get refunded. Terrible experience. Awful communication too. DO NOT ORDER FROM UK.

The worst company I dealt with! I paid for express delivery and my item still have not arrived for 4 days now and it is impossible to contact them nor UPS who are also just with horrible customer service will never use their service again! AVOID!

Oltre al fatto che ne hanno davvero tantissimi, c'é l'imbarazzo della scelta.
Sono stati veloci a spedire l'articolo e per ogni passaggio della vendita: dal pagamento ricevuto all'arrivo, segnalano ogni cosa con una email e quella dove indicano che é stato spedito il cappellino é super simpatica devo ammettere che ho riso.
Ero scettica, ma super consigliato.
Hanno davvero tantissimi cappellini e se ne volessi un altro in futuro sicuramente farò affidamento a loro.

After making the initial order I later read the review’s as was now a little worried I had made a mistake.
But you know what they lived up to the expectations tracking was ok and received both hats in good condition.
I couldn’t fault the service.
I think people need to stop putting negative reviews as this obviously is not the case.

I had such a positive experience using caphunters - I was super put off due to the comments on here but took the risk and it was a successful one - I received all my 3 items, all in amazing shape/quality, wrapped up professionally - shipping was about a week so not too long as it does come overseas so to be expected but came a lot quicker than I thought - 10/10 experience for me - will 100% be using again and recommending all my friends/family.

AVOID cap hunters at all costs! If you want quality items, with good customer service then save your money and shop elsewhere. They have the rudest, most unprofessional staff and service. Their return process is a joke, they do not accept returns on faulty items either!

Expected dilivery date was wrong. Delay of 4 days and i paied extra express costs. Attention! And unexpected customcosts. So my Order was 60% higher. Do not buy anything. I contacted them but customer friendly isnt in the vocabulary.

It takes a week to arrive not 1 day as per description. Very rude customer service leaving you with the problem.
This shop should be controlled by some authorities to stop ripping people off.

I purchased 5 caps on 11 May 24 and they arrived on 30th. Unlike some other reviewers I actually received what I ordered so no issues there for me. The only reason I ordered from Caphunters is because I assumed they were based in the UK. The caps come from Madrid hence the 3 week wait and a lot can go wrong with your order over that distance and time, so it's pot luck. The claimed 24hr delivery is nonsense and won't apply to the UK. There is no way to contact anyone, no phone number, no email and nothing on their site. After 10 days or so I tried to cancel my order on the "my orders" page but the "cancel my order" button doesn't work, it just takes you to a page that says "there must be something you like" - crazy. There are some reviews of people receiving the wrong caps and to try to contact them about a return would be almost impossible without any details. There is no communication from them apart from the email they send to say they have shipped your order but don't forget that's after approx 2 weeks of placing the order, by then you just want to cancel. There is no paper order confirmation that arrived with the caps so god only knows how you would return them. If I knew they were based in Spain I would have got them in the UK as they are readily available for a couple of pounds more. For me it's not worth the risk in using them, get them in the UK and avoid Caphunters.
