Having read all of these terrible reviews after ordering from caphunters... I was quite scared and thought i was going to get scammed. Ordered two von dutch hats on wednesday night and arrived today on friday to the UK, no customs charges, no issues caps look genuine.

Strangely couldnt be happer, i take my hat off to them... lol

Thank you for my 2 caps my friends I received them in good condition… slightly too big but now I know exactly my head size I be getting more caps thank you again 👍🏻

My second purchase and like the first it went really smoothly :)

The website is easy to navigate, each cap has a clear description, pictures of various angles and tells you what size they are, adult, kids, one size fits all. Clicking through to purchase you have two options for delivery, again making it very clear on delivery times. Quick delivery feels too expensive approx. 50% of the cap price so I always go for the cheaper option which takes about a week. Some have mentioned paying import tax into the UK but I haven't had to.
Delivery has always met their given timelines. You also get really good tracking, you can see your cap going through transit, to getting a confirmed delivery date once it's in the UK.

I'm very happy with Caphunters service and will definitely use them again.

This company is shocking. I paid £14.99 for next day delivery, never came! Trying to get hold of any contact details is ridiculous, finding contact details is a mission in itself so I would avoid the hassle and the stress.

Don't use these muppets, I ordered a single cap on January 2nd and still have not received it. No communication, they're actually based in Spain. I've emailed them multiple times, denial of receipt of emails. They're just awful.

I understand everyone has different experiences with orders, but even buying from the UK, this was easy and well updated throughout. Delivery guide was spot on and item was well packaged, makes you think don’t listen to everything you read…

Buy with total confidence!!! Their Awesome 👌 Caphunters is the BEST place to buy caps online! Bought from them many times now and will continue to do so! orders are sent out quickly & I received delivery updates by royal mail by email to when my order would arrive, followed by a Caphunters email to let me know the order had been delivered! Caps are shipped in strong boxes, inside the box the caps are in a fabric caphunters branded dust bag, and a couple of free stickers thrown in too!
Having bought many caps from different companies in the past I can say Caphunters is easily THE BEST PLACE TO BUY CAPS!👍 many thanks again!!!

Avoid! Placed an order on the 12th, still has not arrived. No tracking information and advised can't cancel the order. Was assured the parcel would be here before Christmas but it looks like it is stuck in Madrid!!! Not helpful when I'm in the UK. Order from Amazon

Avoid at all costs company website is .uk but items are shipped from Spain so will take a long time to receive and will have to pay import tax non of which is clear from there website

I was sent a cap in the wrong size. Went to return it and had to pay postage back to Spain. When the parcel arrived in Spain Caphunters refused to accept the parcel. I contacted them on their website. They said that the parcel was stuck at customs because I hadn't marked it down as a return. I hadn't told them anything or provided any tracking details, SO HOW WOULD THEY KNOW?!? I am now trying to gain a refund through PayPal and they are making it as difficult as possible.

DO NOT buy anything from this company!

Placed two orders with Caphunters.co.uk to be shipped to the UK. Both orders arrived on time, in sturdy cardboard boxes, with protective bags.

Can't fault them at all.

No issue with customs duties as below the £135 threshold, likewise no VAT as below the £39 threshold.

The T&Cs are clear that this is shipped from the EU although this could be clearer.

This is ridiculous, are they not regulated? They have ignored my emails and messaged for the last week or so and no response.

Any marketing team here or someone from the management team than can escalate these issues

Took less than a week to arrive , high quality and well packed didn’t have to pay any customs which I saw in a lot of reviews. Would definitely recommend this brand to family and friends as well as repurchase from this brand

Delivery takes a week or so because they ship from Madrid, well packaged, cap comes inside a nice caphunters hat bag in the box, just be aware that you don't order to much in value then you won't get customs charges, the goorin bros hat i received is genuine, I have lots of others so I know. Reasonable prices, get selection of caps & hats, I would definitely use them again, thank you caphunters !

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from the UK but unfortunately, I have also been scammed by Cap Hunters. There was no mention that the order would be shipped from Spain and that the customer would have to pay the customs charges upon delivery. Not only that but it arrived a week later than what Cap Hunters mentioned.

The real issue came when it was time to return the items as they did not arrive in time since they were shipped from Spain. Cap Hunters does not provide a return shipping label so I had to pay 20 pounds to ship the item back and they did not accept the package! They blamed it on customs charges even though I paid the customs charges and sent it back to me but then it got lost in the mail!

Customer service was horrible to deal with and this company is a scam and steals your money. I am out 90 pounds from my order, another 20 for shipping it back and then I don't even have the items as they were lost after Cap Hunters refused to take the order back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I could give 0 stars.

we will be disputing the transaction due to suspected fraud. We placed an order 20 days ago, and we have yet to receive the package. The shipping companies have no information regarding this shipment. The tracking number you provided is not moving within the postal system.No answer to emails ....no replies to social media .... fraudulent

I bought a goorin bros hat, the service was sweet, didn't have a problem at all. Care had been taken to package the hat, I was kept informed throughout. The whole process was as expected. The hat has been checked for authenticity. All good

Ordered and arrived promptly. Zero issues and a great cap. Was nervous after reading reviews, but absolutely seamless throughout

Was a bit unsure after seeing other reviews but everything was spot on for me. Nice cap and delivered from Spain in around a week, so not bad at all.
