È un mese che aspetto il rimborso per un cappello mancante nella spedizione, e non si degnano nemmeno più di rispondere!

Bought an item, sent it back. over a month no response nothing. Shame on me i used standard delivery. They must have taken it act like it didn't arrive. Ive already submitted a lost item form. if it comes back as delivered, its obvious what they're doing reading the other reviews.... avoid!!!

Ordered from this page 5 caps . Waited almost two weeks but they said that estimated is 7 days . But worse that I had to pay extra £43! For caps I paid £155 plus in uk £43 ! They didn’t inform me about this of course they said that is in terms and conditions. I ordered from others countries and never paid anything extra. I will never buy anything from the website . Avoid !

I submitted a return to this company . They provided me with a return label to Spain. Which I printed and sent the cap by post using international shipping which cost me 15 pounds. After two weeks the cap came back . Return was not accepted without explanation. When I complain to customer service they send me a new free return label . But this time to the UK where I'm from and where postage will cost me no more than 5 pounds. When I asked why I had to send my return to Spain and spend 15 pounds new one - the free one is to the UK and why I couldn't send it to the UK in the first place I got a rude answer that I should be happy with my free return opportunity. I asked why I couldn't send it to the UK in the first place and got no answer. Then I asked why my return was turned back from Spain and no answer. Then I asked to refund my 15 pounds because they provided me with the wrong return label and said I should be happy with my free return. And the conversation goes on and on in a circle like this . Caphunters refuse to take responsibility. Communication with them is more than painful. They do not care about their customers and fair business. They advised me wrong and I lost my money and they don't care.

ordered cap got a confirmation email but no order tracking no updates etc however cap did arrive so fair enough but tracking info would be better next time

Returned my item over 5 weeks ago and have not been refunded yet.
I emailed the company and they are not responding to my emails

Regular customer now! 3 orders of the most beautiful premium finest quality trucker style hats, true quality products, fantastic communication and prices which cannot be matched and a endless range of top top quality hats. Perry loves cap hunters. Plus they plant a tree for my order! What more could you want? Well the emails confirming shipment are pure gold! Truly cannot recommend enough!!!

1 star is 1 too many. It’s a complete scam. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the 5 star reviews on here are planted from the company itself. No tracking, no confirmation, and certainly no cap. Just take your money and run. I wish I checked the reviews before hand because unfortunately I’ve been scammed by a dodgy company. Please stay away and do NOT BUY!!

The cap and service is great. The delivery date was a little late due to delays on international shipping. I ordered the cap then came across poor reviews so was expecting the worst. They are legit and to be trusted. Very happy

Ordered two hats and payed £14.99 for delivery /express service/.
They looked nice on the website and I am out of pocket just under £100.
The website is operating from Europe with English domain. No tracking provided , no refund! Maybe some orders are making it thru but my advice is buy your from sports direct, jd, or Amazon, eBay in the UK. I chose two Goorin bros. Caps but yeah … avoid and save your self money.

Items take an eternity to arrive, tracking number verification doesn’t work, still waiting. Avoid

Ordered 3 caps. Received email stating order had been processed and they provided a Royal Mail (RM) tracker number. Went on RM website after 10 days waiting for items and it stated QUOTE we're expecting it. The sender has advised they have dispatched your item to Royal Mail UNQUOTE.

So I contacted Caphunters who responded saying they don't have one of the items so they haven't dispatched any items. I was informed there is no timeline for when they was to receive the item from their supplier. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me this and obviously believed I will sit around for months waiting around.

So they asked if I could pick a replacement item which I did. I kindly asked them if they could fastrack my order so I could receive items in reasonable time. They responded stating they could not provide a time of expected delivery.

So, my final conclusion to matter is Caphunters are rubbish, offering poor service and communications. Their website should inform potential customers of unstocked/unavailable items. Cheap = Crap. Avoid at all costs

I ordered 2 caps, got an acknowledgment email straight away then received a very well put together email saying they had left the warehouse and on there way… and would be dearly missed :)

They took 8 days to arrive but I was kept in the loop from beginning to end.

Both caps look well made and match the descriptions. Very good quality and a fair price.

I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Just before I placed my order I decided to check the reviews, after doing so I was extremely hesitant because I learned they ship from Spain and many people claimed to not receive they’re order or did with defects, there were also mention of important tax from customers who ordered from the uk. After an hour of hesitation I decided to place my order with low expectations, in-fact I was prepared to take a loss altogether .
I can confirm I have received all three of my hats in perfect condition so I will definitely be ordering from cap hunters again . I would have given 5 stars if the items had arrived in the time frame they stated but given the fact comes from Spain I was prepared for the slightly longer wait. My deliver took 9 days in total to arrive .

Ho ordinato un cappellino di taglia 7 3/8 (58.7 cm). Quando il cappellino è arrivato, paragonandolo con un 7 3/8 che già possedevo, ho notato che la circonferenza di quello comprato da loro fosse più larga di 1 cm, cosa che poi ho verificato misurandolo con il metro. Hanno mandato un cappellino di taglia 7 1/2 (più grande) con etichette di un 7 3/8 (più piccolo). Quando richiesto il reso mi è stato detto da un loro operatore che gli unici costi da sostenere fossero 3,99 euro, poi alla fine mi hanno addebitato ulteriori 3,99 euro per la spedizione. Esperienza orribile, loro davvero poco professionali.

È appena arrivato l'ordine difettoso..
Capisco tutto ma non si spedisce un cappello cosi.

Order and received A Navy Gant cap. Arrived very well packaged in a sturdy box, cap itself was inside a custom caphunter keepsake bag. Very pleased with my purchase and will use again in the future.

I ordered 2 caps. Took well over a week for order to arrive. 1 cap was missing. I was told to sort it out myself with Royal Mail. 2nd cap had lots of loose threads wanted to return, was told I had to pay £15 return postage to Spain. Company uses a .co.uk but is actually a Spanish company. Have messaged on their website, ignored. Sent DMs and comments on instagram all for the comments to be deleted and then blocked on their instagram. Please say yourself the hassle of a chargeback claim with your bank.
