Well I did it again playing on Captain Jack. The last withdrawal I received was short a couple hundred , but they did put $100 play credit on my account. So I used it. Today is day 10 and my withdrawal request isn't even approved. Perhaps another 2 months. This will be my 3rd withdrawal with captain jack so it's not like I'm a new verification or anything like that. They have great bonuses and like the layout of the site. The only problem and a huge problem with us all that spend money to play is the withdrawal process. I have spent enough not to feel like it's been wasting my time. Deposited with Captain Jack Casino and ended up hitting for 2,100 within 3-4 hours. Initiated a cash out same evening which happened to be on Christmas. It’s been the supposed 7 day waiting period everything has been verified and approved except the cash out and keep getting the runaround from customer service. Don't trust any emails you recieve or anything they state on their site. It's all lies. This past month I received an email stating that I have 50 free spins as a gift for my birthday, which was the same week i recd this email. A week later I tried to enter the promo code and use this so-called gift, however the promo was denied and the reason was that the birthday didnt match. It doesn't even make sense. They have my bday in my profile and they sent me the email with the gifted spins for my birthday. How can they not match. I double checked my profile just to be positive the date on it was correct and that there weren't any typos and everything was correct. I then go to the 24/7 live chat that they state is spectacular on their site and wouldn't you know, the chat does not work. I clicked on it in every location I could find and it wouldn't work anywhere. I will tolerate any errors that are made by an establishment, unless they are blatantly lying or deceiving consumers knowingly. This I cannot accept. I signed up for an account with Captainjack casino and I made a deposit to play some of the slot games they have, just to see if a person could actually win real money on these sites.
