They keep running me around in circles when j try to withdraw my money claiming I'm missing documents I have submitted & resubmitted every document they called for and was approved but again I go to withdraw & it says I'm missing documents there is where the circle starts I have talked with chat support got an email and sent all my info and then some & still says I'm missing documents one they refunded my deposit after I won $220 they refused to pay it but refunded me my $40 back instead of my winnings! I surprisingly won playing at this casino. Alas, despite my positive balance, this appears to be a loss. My withdrawal request has been pending for nearly two weeks. I played a free promotion and didn't win. Then today I play another promotion that they emailed me. I won like 24$ and had to play through 350$ after I played through that and had a 50.18 balance I went to cashier to cash out and it wanted me to verify my wallet after I had already done that. The service representative said I need to have a 0 balance then deposit at least 30$ then he took my 50$ winnings and abruptly cut off the chat. Very disappointed

I wasted my time to finish my playthrough (as you know its need very high wager )i win 100 usd .i send documents for verification after that thay just cut off my winnings without any argument. When i registered there wasn't any restrictions for my region  I asked several times at chat but no one told me any word about restrictions. Don't waste your time there!!!
