Darren who carried out the cosmetic repair on my car was very friendly and accommodating. He made me feel confident in leaving my car in his capable hands feeling reassured that he was going to do a great job. Could not fault the repair that was carried out. Highly recommend.

It was a good and easy process.the only thing was that the garage that was doing the work had a bit of a wait to receive the parts to carry out the work

The agent my garage spoke to was able to confirm yhat the faulty component and labour was covered by the car care plan policy. This took my anxiety away

I was sold a warranty policy that wasn’t fit for purpose. It left me with a bill that was a 1/3 more than the cost of the repair, although the repair fell fully within the terms of the warranty and caused me extreme stress as well as financial hardship.

Complete and utter waste of money

The guy ho did the repair did an amazing job, the wheel looks new fantastic.

The man who sorted my car was very helpful and did a good job .

I needed to have my car picked up on a low loader and taken to the garage for repairs and claimed on the plan for the pickup and the repairs. The staff I was speaking to were all very helpful.

Garage (my preferred independent garage of choice) dealt with this and got the payment for the work approved, and then completed the work.

Absolutely rubbish system.
So difficult to use in order to make a claim and when you eventually do the Audi main dealer gives you the worst possible customer service.
I would never recommend to take out insurance from this company.

Not easy to make an appointment but the agent was on time to fix the wheel, did an excellent job and left the wheel as good as new. The man was polite, helpful and new what he needed to do. I was very pleased with the way the wheel was finished, leaving it looking as though it was never damaged

Communication with the company that did the repair was awful.
And 2 of the repairs are dull, not glossy !!.. not really happy as my car is just over 1 year old
The actual repair to the alloys was good, but the finish was not good !
And had to have 2 days off work.
Will never buy an alloy wheel repair insurance again, sooner pay to have the job done professionally myself

They kept in touch over our claim, and offered us a cash alternative when they couldn't arrange the repair soon enough to satisfy their standards. They paid when they said they would. We're perfectly satisfied.
