Outstanding Emergency Response
Had to call for emergency assistance for my Dad, after he fell during night. Emergency responder Nick Fennelly arrived very quick and was just great with us all, Dad in particular. After checking Dad for any pain/injuries, Nick then used machine to lift Dad off floor and then helped him back into bed + sat with him a little while to ensure he was ok. He was very friendly, reassuring and professional + put us all at ease instantly. An absolute credit to the service - Thank you again Nick and all the emergency response team.

Impressed and delighted
Disillusioned by my present supplier, I looked online and found Careium. This was followed up quickly by an email from Denys Oleksiienko providing information about products. Denys was encouraging and informative in conversation. I made my choice today and again received help from Denys as he patiently and worked through the details. Denys has a reassuring manner. He is polite, speaks clearly, is knowledgeable and gives confidence. The whole process has been most satisfactory. Denys is an asset to the company and needs to be retained in the long term.

Careium alarm has worked perfectly for mum. She didn’t test it as often as she should have but whenever we did the operator was very efficient and friendly.
It’s definitely worth having for peace of mind for all concerned.

David wright came out to a alarm call from my mother in 26/8 although was false alarm he was very professional and made sure all was ok before leaving .. .I did explain to him I didn't know anything about the company as iv had no change over details , also I think the alarm box isn't working to cancel accidents as the carers catch the button often and I dnt want wasted calls that may be needed elsewhere . ..thank you to David though lovely Mr

Excellent. My mum had a fall and the response guy from Careium (Nick Fennelly) was professional, friendly and reassuring.
Nick spoke with my mum in a calming and non-patronising way and helped her get back on her feet again and sitting down on her chair, checking she was ok every step of the way. He kept me on video call with my mum so she felt at ease and didn’t leave until he was sure she was ok. He advised if mum started to feel sick or anything over the next few hours, she was to press her button for assistance.

A manager has now emailed me with a full explanation of the human error, and an extra 1 month service, as a gesture of good will. Thank you for that. I hope Carieum learns from this. I was very impressed by your care…
I was very impressed by your care worker Sadie Younas she had call to my home after I rang my on call button in a very short time. She entered my home using my key in keybox she was kind and showed lots of empathy and dealt with the situation that arose. My vertical lift was not working and I was stuck upstairs she phoned the engineer to repair it and in the meantime she made sure I was safe and provided me with everything I needed before she left. The engineer arrived 30 minutes after Sadie left thank you for your help I was really greatful well done careium

Wonderful Service!
Thank for all you did over the last few years on the numerous times my aunt fell and pressed her button. The service was second to none and the staff were always helpful, professional and so easy to deal with, including Denys who processed the cancellation. I really cannot recommend Careium enough.

Had excelent care from Sadie Younas she only took 20 minutes to arrive after my Dad had a full and couldnt get back up. She used inflatable lifting devive to safely get him back up and helped me to get him in to bed. She was freindly and kind to my Dad.
